Original Post by keeweeliz: Yeah I plan to just do three 30 minute workouts a week, free weights mostly. I hope that will be enough to make me gain more muscle then fat, but I'm not sure. As for breakfast, I ate a bagel with both halves smothered in PB, 2 cartons of high cal yogurt, about 16 dried apricots, a banana with PB and orange juice. It totals to 1500 when I added it all up. :)
