When I was in recovery my stomach was constantly bloated.... so i talked to my nutritionist about it and she suggested that i try to eat at least large one salad a day to get my body used to handling "bulk." It actually worked really well for me after about a week my stomach flattened back out, even though I was still steadily increasing my caloric intake... hope that helps:) |

I get TERRIBLE cravings for sweets at night, and a skinny cow ice cream sandwich always does the trick... they are only 140 calories, very filling and come in a variety of flavors. |

Two slices nature's own double fiber bread, toasted spread with two tbsps skippy creamy peanut butter, reduced fat( goooeeey goodness!!) and 1/3 of a thinly sliced banana in between kept me satisfied until lunch....:) |

I have no idea but easily 3500+ I would start the say off with a grilled cheese, extra cheese and butter on white bread dunked in tomatosauce then for lunch i might have a few slices of extra cheese pizza after school it would be a bag of chips with cream cheese for dipping(i like cheese!.. hehe) then dinner would be blue cheese stuffed porkchops mashed potatoes with cream and butter and some veggie drenched in butter for dessert usually a bowl of ice cream and some fun sized candy bars and of course NO exercise.... its a miracle my highest weight was 165.... |
