You're making an omelet for your breakfast.  Before pouring in the egg, what do you sautee in the pan first? mushrooms, courgette, tomato, red onion

You have a craving for french-style breakfast crepes.  What do you stuff them with? nutella, nice and simple

Then you need to make some good old oatmeal.  What liquid, type of oats, and additives would you put in? make it with skimmed goats milk and irish oats, and put figs and brown sugar in it

You whip together a smoothie.  What fruit, vegetables, and dairy do you put in? I cant stand smoothies

You want to make a salad.  What are your favorite greens to work with?  With what toppings? spinach, rocket, romaine, grated carrot, baby plum tomatoes, cucumber, sliced bell pepper, pumpkin seeds and goats cheese

You need a snack and decide on some trail mix.  What ingredients do you throw in it? dried figs, prunes, special K, maybe a few M&Ms and pretzel sticks

You're baking a quiche with the standard cheese and eggs.  What else would you throw in it?  Does it have a crust? mushrooms, courgette and coats cheese, no crust

You're making a stir fry.  What proteins and veggies would you throw in? tofu, bean sprouts, cabbage, carrot, pepper, mushrooms, courgette and red onion

You want to make a quick and easy sandwich.  What are the fillings?  What type of bread are you using? tomato and mozzerella cheese on whole wheat bread

You decide to make some homemade pizzas.  Will they be bite-sized?  What size crust?  What topping? small round, wholemeal thin crust with loads of roasted veggies, only a little sauce and a smattering of cheese

You want to make a casserole.  What do you throw together to bake? lean beef and root veggies

You need a protein-packed soup.  What ingredients do you throw in the pot to stew? tomato, lentils and mixed beans, and some diced onion

For dinner you bake pot pies.  What's in them? chicken I expect

Your sweet tooth kicks in and you decide to bake cookies.  You can only throw in one fruit/dried fruit, one nut/seed, and one additional additive (ie, chocolate chips), if you choose to at all.  What would these ingredients be? chocolate chip cookies with peanuts and raisins

Finally, you splurge on a rich, tasty ice cream.  What flavor, and what toppings would you put on it? probably chocolate icecream with brownie chunks and marshmallows

That typically happens another once or twice a week.
