We're back.  Everyone's been doing great.  Mrs Oarsman, it looks like we have some catching up to do.  It will be tough with these 95+ degree days.

It should start to cool off next week, so we'll have time to put in some nice long walking days.

Surprised  A couple of 20 milers???  How will I have time to finish packing if I'm out strolling the streets of New York with you? Undecided

Actually, maxx, I won't be rowing this week either, I'm accompanying Mr. Bea to supervise his dining choices and to make sure he gets a little exercise.  Wink  Of course, I'll have to do some shopping at a near-by Outlet Mall, too.  It's a tough job, but it pays well.

Very slow going.  Hot and humid with incredible lightening storms in the distance.  Half the walk was at night, so the lightening was just awesome.  I wish it would have rained though.  At least to try to get rid of this humidity.

The lightning storm was beautiful, but the heat and humidity, aka *sweat*, did nothing for the romance factor! Frown  LOL

Nordik Skier is great for raising the heart rate while still working the entire body.  That and rowing are my favorite all-around indoor exercises...er...Embarassed...yeah....I'll leave that one alone.  No...I can't...

Rowing and Nordik Ski are my second and third most favorite indoor exercises.
