im only 5'4 and i need a good 10 pounds im 132but i want DESPERATELY to get into the 20's. i do about 5-6 days of excercise. cardio + weights (every other day). i just lost my ipod so i dont have any music to run to. how do yall entertain yourself when you excercise?? |

hii! im hannah 5'4 and 132. i want to get down to 120-115 by the end of august or beginning of september. i need a buddy too because its hard to make yourself get up and work out all the time. lol |

about two months ago. im 13, aka going into 8th grade. i went to a pool party and i was by far the biggest there i freaked. before that i was normal, maybe a little bigger than my tiny friends. theyd always poke me on my thighs and arms and call me thunderthighs because im a runner and play like every sport possible. its ridiculous how many people jsut look at weight. i hate being so selfconscience at such a young age but i cant help it. i want to be small. |

i have the same problem. im 13 and have been playing soccer sincei was 4. i just started dieting and my legs are out of not completey out of porportion but i dislike them. a lot. but all the excersices i do is running!! i dont know what else to do. |

ya. im 13, 5'4, and 132. i know thats totally healthy but im bigger than all of my friends. it sucks when ya im shopping and im like a 6 and everyone else is two. i have a friend who recently lost a lot of weight and at the end of summer party she was like i used to be a 7!! and everyone gasped. i felt awful. i saw pictures of the party and basically didnt want to eat another thing ever again. ive only told a few people im dieting, but i want to just fit in better. my aim is 120 and illl be secure as ever... i ahve already lost about 8 pounds. i just alll of a sudden gained about 15 pounds out of nowhere during hte school year. my face is even more circular. im tired of it. im so happy there are other teens here! |
