Well I first noticed when I was eight and my teacher asked everyone how much they weighed and wrote it on the chalk board so she could show us how heavy we'd be in space. My weight was the second highest in the class next to some boy who was way taller than me.
Motivation I put the weight I have lost in a backpack and carried it around. Jul 09 2008

Nice idea I just tried it. I've also lost 20 pounds and wow carring my backpack around was hard I don't know how I ever did it. This really motivated me to keep loseing weight.

Im fifteen and I found this site thanks to my health teacher who suggested we start a food log and suggested this site as a guide for the numbe of calories in the foodds we were eating. So I decided to join.

Back in March I was 158 and only 5'3 so I decied that I better start to lose some weight now I'm currently around 138-136 and using calorie count as a way to eat healthier and lose the rest of these stubborn pounds.
