momof2-Hope your feeling better.

K9- Glad the storm wasn't to bad for you.  We are still getting lots of rain and losing power occasionally.  Guess I won't be going out this wekend so maybe I'll get my house clean.

Good evening everyone!!!!!!

Zulu--welcome back!!!! Hopefully we'll all get though the ups and downs together. And I just know we are all going to do it this time.

momof2-how are you doing this evening?  I hope your leg is better!!!! I bought a new car last week and I was worried about budgeting so I quit with the personal trainer.  Decided yesterday that I would just make it work, but my spot has already been filled.  So I guess it's just the wii for me.  I am going to have to make myself do it in the mornings before work.  I love it once I start, it's just starting at 5 am.  Yukk!!!!

k9stylist-how are you today?  Thanks for the info!!!!! How is the rain?? I hope it has slacked up some.  We are under heavy storm warnings, but I don't think it is "Faye" yet.  So if I disappear, just a loss of power and "I'll be back".

Ladyeliz- I agree with you, after work I don't want to do anything!!!!  I just don't want to get up early to exercise either.  But, starting tomorrow I just have to make myself, so that is my short short-term goal. I guess I should probably put my scale away.  I am so disappointed when 2-3 days go by and there is no loss and I know all of the reasons there wouldn't be, but it is still disappointing.Frown

momof2- Thanks for the support...I really appreciate it. I am so tired of going up and down.  (a lot more ups).  I am glad you are feeling better.  Is it okay if I add you to my friends list? 

k9stylist- I hope it doesn't get too bad where you are.  Be careful!!  They are predicting we will see some of Faye on Wednesday.  I hope it isn't too rough here, Hannah, my dog has storm phobia. My family has a condo in Marco Island, but noone is there right now.

Hello everyone!!!  I haven't been on in a while, so of course I have gained!!!!!!So I am starting all over, back at 189.  I had forgotten what a great site this was.  Anyway, I am going to Marco Island in October to celebrate my birthday and I want to be at 170, or at least the low 170's.  By the way I am in Georgia, near Savannah, anyone else close by?

Hi guys, I am back.  ROUGH week at work, but hopefully next week will be better.  I picked up another day of personal training this week, we have a group of 4 on MOndays and Wednesdays and 5 on Fridays.  Hopefully this will kick my butt into a steady losing mode.  I ate really good for most of the week and had a cheat day Friday, but then I worked out so maybe it will balance out.  I hope everyone had a great week, waiting on weigh day Monday!!!!!

Hi k9stylist!!! I love yoga as well!  I also like the balance games-they help alot. I also do step, but yoga is my favorite.  I would have never thought a tv game could do so much.  I really like this website, it is so nice to be able to talk with people who have so much in common.  Do you have pets?  I have a female half akita half chow.  She weighs about 104, and does not know she is a dog.  Anyway back to the diet, I have been doing really well until I ate a chicken fajita, if I had left off the tortilla I probably would have been allright.  Oh well, I work out tomorrow evening with the trainer and wii in the morning. And now I know better.   Have a great week!!!!!

hi momof2funykids!!! It sounds like your doing great!! Good for you!!  I have been really good for most of the time, haven't been around much, overworked like everyone else.  You know I always thought chicken fajitas were good for you-well they are packed with calories I found out today after it was too late.  Oh well, more exercise.  Have a great week!!

Hi wendyb27, how are you doing with your wii fit?  Is it helping you alot?  I love the way it tells you how long it's been since you have been on.  That helps me stay on track.  In fact I am headed there now.  Have a great day!!

good morning momof2funykids!!!  I did yoga yesterday on wii fit and I am doing it again this am.  As far as eating yesterday. I did very good up until late afternoon when I ate baklava. So today is a new day!!!!!  Have a great day and I will check in after work!!!!TGIF!!!!!!!

Good for you!!!!!!! That's the trick-one day at a time.  I had been doing good for most of the week until one of the girls at work made baklava.  I had never had it, but I have now.  Uh oh!!!! I am going to put that on my hit list!!!!!Tongue out

I can't even imagine how many calories are in that.

Hi ya'll,

Is it too late to join your 180's club?  I just joined cc today.  I found it online by accident.  By calculation I have found out my ideal weight is 135.  I am 5'5 and weigh 189.  I am turning 50 October 20th and I want to be "fit by 50".  I am sure I probably won't lose all of my weight by then, but I do want to be well on my way.  I work for a physical therapy group, so I get to work out with a trainer twice a week, but my eating habits are horrible.  The worse thing is a year ago I weighed 170.  I know the right things to eat, I just quit eating them.  I just bought a wii, just so I could work out with wii fit.  It really is a lot of fun, just not at 5:00 a.m.  Do ya'll weigh everyday?  (I'm from GA, can you tell)? LOL  Any hints or advice anyone wants to give me, I will sure appreciate it.
