Over the last 6 mos. I've lost 50lbs. I havn't lost any in 3 wks now. I still work out but not with the enthusiasm I once had. I did real good today up until about 1:45pm then I ate 4 cookie and 2 donut holes. Now, I only have 90 cals left for the rest of the day:( |

This is an up-date to my original post. I spent tues. and wed nite going to the restroom all nite long. Today is thurs. 9/4/08 and I weigh 198lbs again. So, it was a lot of water wt. I just didn't know you could gain that much from just water. Also, over the weekend when I binged it was mostly salty snacks. Since I've been eating right and excercising, I had cut out salt, so it may have really had an effect on me with all that salt. So don't give up if this happens to you. I would not have believed it if I hadn't seen it for myself. Just get back on track and it will go away....it did for me. Who ever told me to drink plenty of water, thank you. It really helped and I feel so much better. |

I think it has to be the scale. Although, it's always seemed normal before. Maybe some water wt. and maybe some real lbs. |

Thanks. I'm hoping its a scale problem, and water weight. It's the same scale as my fri. weigh-in. I'll drink, drink, and drink. As well as stay on the wagon. No more binging. This was very scarey to me. |

I know exactly how you feel. I thought my 5000 cal binge would surely cause a wt. gain but the scales say no. I don't understand. I binged all week end and layed around. I didn't even work out. "WHATSWRONGWITHME"? All week I do fine. But the week end....I loose it. (not the wt the will). Why do I do this? This is the 3rd wk end I've done this. Depressed...What can I do? |

Anybody know how many cals. are in a coconut cherry bar? I just ate 3 of them. Home made and they were great and now I want to shoot myself in the foot for eating them :) ha ha. Looks like another hour of aerobics for me tonite. sighhhhh. |

Thanks guys. I'll check out these web sites. What is lipo 6. Don't protien shakes have alot of cals? I have 2 10lb wts I use but no gyn in the budget. I love this web site. It's unbelievably helpful. |
