Congrats jodiferjuniper!!! That is a HUGE accomplishment and you should be very proud.  I did great until we had ice cream on the 4th...oops! I was very active though so hopefully it doesn't mess me up too bad.  I painted my daughter's room, scrubbed my floors on my hands and knees plus rode my bike 5 miles, jumped on the trampoline for 45 minutes on top of my regular tae bo so hopefully I don't hate the scale this Friday1

Love the editing idea Zuno.  Glad you are on here with us!  I will edit mine on Friday with my hopefully lower weight.  I will also add my measurements monthly.

canuckabroad:  I did the same thing.  Last year I was on CC I went from 197 to 173 was starting to feel so much better, and it was just becoming a way of life.  TRhen, we moved and all went down the tubes.  I gained back almost all that I lost in 6 months due to my own eating and lack of exercise.  I am now back on and starting all over, but I know we will succeed this time!!

I would love to join also. I have been cc for 4 months and have lost 18lbs so far. I haven't been sticking to it the last month and really need a group to help me stay motivated. Today is my first day "back" at it so far so good.

todays weight 182 I only lost 1 lb. but I have been having a hard time sticking to my diet lately and cheating way too much! I really need to get motvated I feel myself slipping everyday.

Hello,

I am so glad you posted this YES I need and want a PCOS buddy. I am struggling with weight loss do you take meds to control it? I was prescribed birth control and metformin but metformin makes me sick even on the lowest dose and I do not take my BCP nice to meet you. How much weight do you want to lose? I want to lose 60 more I have lost 15 so far. nice to meet you

ok so I sit here and type this I am eating ICE CREAM I cannot stop myself. I feel so guilty but it was in the house from my son's bday yesterday and I am eating it. How do I get back on track??? I am struggling all over again like I did on week 1.

great attitude. I skipped working out for 6 DAYS!! and jumped back on yesterday, I wasn't too surprised to see only a minor loss. It is my time of the month and I just feel awful and really cranky. I am trying not to use that as an excuse. We can do this!

I LOVE my wii fit. I have been using it regularly for about a month. I do the  the advanced step aerobic (it's 5 minutes) then the 10 minute free run  then 6 minutes super hula and finish with the 10 minute free step. Then I do a couple yoga ones for the cool down. This routine has helped me consistently lose weight each week and my MII is getting skinnier. I love it.

Thanks nikkidust~ Congrats on staying in range even though making cookies wow that is self control.

ohbehave007~ I would go crazy without my scale I am addicted to weighing myself 3 times a day and I wish I could stop. I get so frustrated with the darn thing. I keep gaining and loosing the same 2lbs. I want to scream! My husband tells me he is going to throw the scale away so I don't think about but he really knows better I would freak without it.

I had a hard day I went to a baby shower and helped set up and clean up. I was there for about 5 hours I was starving and the food and cake looked so good but I eat before I got there and I didn't cheat!!! I am so excited I have never had that much will power EVER! I am hoping I will be able to stay strong. I want to get out of the 180's. Thanks for listening. We are all doing so good EVERYONE is dropping so fast. Please any tips share them with me.

motivation: my 4 kids so I can run and play with them and be a good role model. oh and seeing my high weight and measurements keeps me motivated in hopes to see them go down.

I jog 20 minutes a day 7 days a week and step aerobics and yoga 5 days a week. (I just started cc and exercising 2 weeks ago)
