Wow, I have not heard of that but I guess it would work kinda like when you switch up your excercises for muscle confusion to burn more. Thanks, glad to know something good came out of my mess up.

Hi, I know it's hard. I am struggling myself. Just don't give up. Everyone is routing for you. Try to find a friend that you can exercise with. I am thinking of making a vision board myself for motivation. I have heard good things about them.

I have the same problem. If I buy those 1 point weight watchers chocolate cakes for example, I eat the whole box (six of them). It's hard but I'm all or nothing too. Out of sight out of mind. I have been struggling and think I'm going to have to do the same thing.

I will try and eat more filling foods early on. The problem is I may have 1,000 calories by 6pm and then after dinner I have totaly blown it. I guess the junk food isn't getting me anywhere. I thought it would be better when I switched to the 100cal packs. Thanks for the advice.

I do tend to look over the fruits and veggies in my fridge more than I should. I will try the hummus. Do you just eat the 2tbs of peanutbutter. I love it but worry about the high calorie content. Thanks for the advice.

You should enjoy the day without counting calories. If you never reward yourself you will set yourself up for failure later. You have to have days to look forward to and I think your birthday should be one of them. If you are thinking about it, I'm sure you will get back on track the next day no problem. Have a great time.

Tell yourself to execise for at least 15 minutes. That's not long so it will be easier to convince your self to get up and do it. Once you start you'll probally convince yourself to push on a little longer. Even if you only get 30 minutes in, you will feel good you did something. Good luck.

I feel like I can't give you much advice because I have been struggling with food as well. I just wanted to tell you to keep your head up and don't give up. Tomorrow is a new day. I am going to go to the gym tonight to try and balance out my bad eating. If you excercise harder after a bad day it makes you feel a little better.
