I love working out too, when im not in my competition dance season I have a personal trainer, which is super fun, cause she helps me think of sweet new work outs, that sucks that you cant drive in the snow!! i would DIE!!

i try to eat around 1500 calories a day, i honestly dont know how many i work off cause i dont really go to the gym, i work out at home, and i have dance 6 days a week, so i count those practices as my work out.. cause i get my ass kicked haha

I totally agree, when im with my friends I always get crap because I pack a cold lunch everyday to stay healthy, and they eat the greasy school lunch, and they always make a big deal that i am trying to stay healthy and lose weight, but then when im around my dance friends, and I eat healthy around them but they are always skipping meals and making me feel guilty

I always just try to like brush it off a bit, because I know what i am doing is healthy because I have done a ton of research on what i should be eating and stuff.. and I dont let what they say get to me because I know that they arent as healthy as they could be.. so yeah... haha idk if that helps

yes this is my adult height, my dad is about 5'4 and my mom is 5'2.. everyone in my family is short, and i havent grown an inch since seventh grade, so im pretty sure its not likely that i grow anymore

im actually super active, im on my high schools dance team, and i dance for a studio.. we work out super hard at dance..(( were state champs just thought i should add that haha)) so im sure i should be eating more calories.. but everytime i do my weight always goes up, and i get freaked out so i just eat less calories the next day just to get my weight back down to where i want it.. but im stuck at 116.5 and i cant seem to go lower then that so it can get super frusterating.. and i really dont know what to do

im 5' tall, currently 116.5 but i want to at least get to about 110 or 105,  because im short i know i can lose that weight without being underweight, and today i tried eating more calories so we will see how that goes.. i ate around 1,500 healthy calories, not junk food

i'll join you! i've got a little more then 5 to lose, but it would be a good start and good movitation.. ok my stats are

height: 5'

SW:134

CW:117.5

GW:100

i neeed motivation, cause i tend to just have small binges and then hate myself after cause i know i am just keeping myself from losing the weight if i keep doing stupid stuff like that

ill try to do it with you!! im a dancer also.. im at 116 right now but i am 5' and i really wanna try to get to about 105.. i couldnt say i have any ideas.. i mean im on a eating plan and excercise plan right now.. and i seem to steadily be losing weight as long as i stick to it..

the plan consists of:

Eating:

breakfast- oatmeal or cereal and a banana

lunch- yogurt an apple and a granola bar

supper- turkey sandwich or soup

and for a snack before my dance practice right after school i eat a protein bar

and for excercise i work out everyday not matter what, i do cardio and abs and arms and leg strengthening and i obvisouly get a work out dancing..

 

idk if that helps haha..

forearms... and a muscular back.. and this sounds dumb.. but blue eyes, for some reason i am highly attracted to a lot of guys with blue eyes.. and i loooove my bfs blue eyes

Hey i have that problem allll the time, because my sister is younger then me and doesnt need to worry. What i always do it make sure my mom buys at least like grapes, apples, bananas, or carrots... so when im tempted to go for the junk food, i know i have something else i can reach for.. and btw it isnt good to completely deprive ur self from junk food, cause you are more likely to just like binge later with the stuff u deprived ur self of.. so treat yourself every once and a while.. for instance i allow myself to eat a hersheys kiss everyday... so i can get some chocolate in.. i hope that helped!

thanks for everyones opinions.. i probably should have added that I dance.. a lot.. i am on my schools dance team and we practice 5 days a week and then i also go to my studio 3 days a week after dance team practice.. so i am pretty damn active but i cant get rid of this like excess weight.. i am eating around 1100 to 1300 calories a day.. and it is hard for me to get in more then that with my schedule.. so i dont know why i am not losing weight
