A: [Tiny as hell, used to be bulimic.] 1/2 a chocolate bar and a bit of coke.
B: [Tiny as well, very health concious parents] Apple, peanut butter sandwich and maybe some chocolate.
C: [Thin]
Megan: [Thin] Whole wheat sanwhich, apple, orange and water.
D: [Thin] Crisps sometimes usually nothing.
E: [Overweight] Crisps, chocolate.
F: [Overweight] Crisps, chocolate bar, chips, coke and sandwhich.
G: [Average/overweight] Intake differs dramaticaly somedays buys a **** load of food and eats it all and other days buys next to nothing, always reads calorie contents of food etc.

Mmm dysfunctional eating in my group..

Honestly well as unhealthy as it is most people at my college don't eat on days when they're planning on drinking to save the calories.

Id say roast but just simply because i have an irrational fear of mashed potato o.O im paranoid its dirty lmao.. But they sound healthier roasted anyway/

OMG how big are the slices for 600 calories?! We don't have them in the uk, i cant decide if thats a good thing or not.. But damn thats a lot of calories for something so unfilling!

Mines not for a college vacation its for my last year of college :) (senior year to you, i'm guessing you're American anyway)  I'm aiming for 2lbs a week to gte back down to my original size, about 25lbs.

Well I loved it, make the most of it, be extra friendly and remember you have no responsibilities right now so just have fun! if you do plenty of extracurricular activities then you'll find you're always really busy which is great. You'll also make a lot of friends during those four years, some genuine and others not quite so. You start to find out who you are and breakaway from your parents.

Although it isn't always like this for some people fortunately I've never been bullied or out casted so i cant really comment about that.

I personally think its not a bitchy as middle school, although i have seen it get quite catty about boys and rumors spread verrry quickly.

Its actually proven that breakfast will cause you to snack less during the day, it also revs your metabolism up from sleep mode. If you don't eat it you're going to be burning less calories until you do it.

Having cookies and milk will make you feel temporarily full but it will give you sugar rush. Which basically results in you becoming even hungrier then you started out. This is because these types of food contain too much sugar which is converted into glucose, your pancreas secretes insulin to combat this but it usually makes your blood sugar level drop to low making you feel lethargic and hungry! If you're finding it hard to eat breakfast then you could always try having a super healthy smoothie instead as it will have the same effects as having a bowl of cereal.
