160.6... less than one pound. Im starting to lose my momentum. And this is where I would normally just give up. So after my holidays i'm going to follow a meal plan and wake up extra early to make sure I get my exercises done.

Hope everyone had a good week. I got back into my workout routine this week and I'm down to 161.2 pounds thats a loss of 1.6 pounds for me.

I am planning on working extra hard this week because I am leaving for Mexico next saturday and I KNOW that I will be not be very good there. But how often do you get to go to Mexico?? I am going to enjoy guilt free!

Hi everyone, I  hope the week went well. I'm suprised that I'm able to report a loss this week because I didn't exercise at all. But I'm weighing in at 163.8 which is down 1.6 pounds from last week.

I hope the birthday bash was a good break for you naturallyd and didn't set you back too far

I haven't lost any weight. But I am down half an inch from my waist and my hips. I think I need a better cardio routine. I probably am not pushing myself as hard as I should be. Does anyone have any suggestions on good cardio or an interval routine?

Hi everyone!

My weight this week is 165.4 pounds

Its only down .4 pounds from last week but I have to admit that I had a bad weekend and ended up gaining 2 pounds of water weight from that.

There has been a slight loss in inches (and I am proud of that) But not enough to report at this time.

Keep up the good work!

Last week I weighed in at 169lbs

This week I weight 165.8 lbs

Woohoo!! My inches not have changed so it is water weight.. but I you need to start somewhere right? Have a good week!

Hi everyone,

My weigh in today is 169 pounds ( I was expecting it to be around there because I have justed started to get back into the swing of things this week)

waist - 32'

hips- 42.5'

chest- 33.5

I am already starting to feel this group working (I was much more concious about what I ate and made more of an effort to go to the gym because I knew that I'd have to post.)

Looking forward to next week!

Hi,

I'm 20 years old, 5'5 and 169 pounds. This is the heaviest I've been at but I've been struggeling with weight loss for what seems like my entire life. My ideal weight would be about 150 pounds. I would love it if I get/give some support as I think I have tried almost everything else!
