I'm doing it right now. I'm on day 3. I've been exercising like crazy and was on pretty much an all veggie and light protein diet. I weighed 178 on July 4th. I started the cleanse on Sunday night weighing in at 171. I'm on day 3 and I weighed in at 166 (!) this morning. I'm not that hungry, and I was even able to go to the gym where I swam a mile this morning. I have plenty of energy, and at this point, am having relatively little difficulty w/ the cleanse. I highly recommend reading the master cleanse book. It's good to know what to expect and exactly how to do it. I'm told and have heard that it can be very difficult if you do not follow the steps exactly, and that includes weaning yourself off of caffeine and red meat prior to starting the cleanse itself. I'm a former competitive ski racer and have been in pretty good shape, I started the cleanse because I had surgery on my ankle in February and was immobile for more than a month and leading up to and post the surgery, all I did was eat and gain weight. It feels good to detox the food, booze and prescription drugs from my system.
