Hey all! I think I missed yesterday's check-in...so this'll have to cover yesterday + today (and all of this week...hah.) No binging yesterday, there will be none today b/c I leave on vacation tomorrow...which means you won't hear from me till next Sunday/Monday. And to those of us that slipped...don't get hung up on it (honestly, how many times have I sworn of binging only to screw up a little, and then just say eff this, it doesn't matter, I'm just gonna eat.) There's always another day.

In other news, I had a revelation. I think a lot of my binging is pure self-sabotage. Doesn't make sense, is kind of sick, completely inexplicable...but true.  I'm not totally sure how to work on this.  I'll give it some thought over vacation, I guess. I'm bringing a little notebook so I don't lose track of how much I'm eating, but I'm usually a good eater on vacation, for some reason.

GW: 150 (or 160, depending on what I look/feel like there)

Anyone else looking for a buddy (esp. for exercise since sometimes I'm extremely unmotivated and having someone on my case-in a nice way- would be awesome), even if we are nowhere near in stats, is welcome!

So...day two of no binging, yay! This is usually the worst time for me...unwinding in front of the tv, yet not totally interested in whatever's on..ugh.

Yeah, I eat plenty during the day (I'm just not usually hungry...) What I meant was that I make sure I'm eating healthy, filling foods every four hours(ish) so that I never get to the point of being starving.

And I guess this'll be my evening check-in: all's good for today =)

Oh man. This group is so needed...in the past four years or so, binging has become a huge issue for me. I'm usually not very hungry during the day (probably because I'm good about sticking to the plan, which involves healthy, filling food every 4 hours..hmm.) And then at 9 or 10 at night, I'll decide I want to eat something- not that I'm at all hungry, mind you, and then I want something else, and something else, and at that point I might as well eat any food that I've seen in the past week...really great cycle.

I'm going to Mexico in a week, and I'm so bummed because laying out on the beach is not going to be all that fun for me.

I'm 5'9", I weigh 190 now, have for the past year, which sucks, but my goal weight is 150. And depending on what I look/feel like at 160, that might be where I stop. When I weighed 140 I looked unhealthy (like, Angelina Jolie's arms unhealthy). I honestly do not know where I carry the weight, but 150 is probably the lightest I could be without being scary.

I eat 1400-1500ish calories a day, I do crunches, push ups, etc every other day, and try to do some form of cardio on a daily basis (I've started taking my dog for jogs/walks in the woods lately.)
