I've always been in good shape, so results may differ for you. I took a break from running for a little bit, but then I came back and started at running 2 miles in a row. It took me a little over a month to get to 5 miles. Then in a few weeks I even went as far as 9 miles in a row. It all depends on how much you are pushing yourself.

Good luck!!!

Are you kidding me? I can definitely see a difference. Your picture on the right looks a lot smaller than the one of the left. Your torso in circumference looks a lot smaller.

Maybe you aren't eating enough? So then when your body actually does get some extra calories in, it stores it because it is in starvation mode. I suggest looking up how many calories you need to maintain. Then from that number subtract 1,000. That is the lowest amount you should ever consume. Then take that starting number again and subtract 500. That's the highest you should eat and still manage to lose weight at a normal rate.

Example:

Maintain: 2,300 calories
Weight loss range: 1,300 calories - 1,800 calories.

I did this and I have been losing the weight and keeping it off :)

Morrighu is right. It doesn't matter the time of the day. All that matters is that when you fall asleep, how many calories did you eat? Say you at 500 during the day and then 1,000 at night. No big deal because in the end it just adds up to 1,500 cal.

lol, if i were a B i'd be jumping for joy. Poor me and my A's. It's okay though...I guess. It sucks though that you went from fully loaded ( hehe) to a B. I understand how that can be annoying. Maybe you should get implants ??? :)

Weight Loss Shocking information about weight loss **LQQK INSIDE** Jul 25 2008
22:30 (UTC)

Luckily, I am a pear shape. Although it's hard to fit into pants, it's the healthiest and sexiest shape. I think it'd be soo difficult to be an apple. Ehh. Plus, a chick with larger legs and a tiny waist is still seen as in shape. But once you see some belly fat, then the mind automatically thinks unhealthy.

You should always prepare for when dinner may be. So if you don't snack as much during the day, then you'll be hungry by dinner time. Also, if you still are not hungry, take smaller portions. Don't let your weight loss get in the way of family time :), which I know is what you are trying to avoid.

If you can prevent that huge deficit you should. It's not healthy and I think it might launch your body into starvation mode. So hmm...not sure if you should do that.

What I do is I pop my own popcorn at home. Just pick up the kernals at a grocery store, get yourself a popcorn popper thing, and then you'll be able to prepare yourself a low cal snack. Seriously, just plain popcorn is SOO good.

I completely agree. Wait until your period is done! Then you'll feel a lot better. But still get in your exercise and eat well while you're in the midst of it. I don't know how long the gained weight lasts though.

Omg Yes!! This is currently happening to me..lol, so I am not able to get an accurate weigh-in. I heard people gaining from 2 - 6 lbs during their period. Don't get discouraged! Just look forward to your next weigh in.

Drink lots of water and all of that business...there isn't much you can do though.
