I only take this day off (25) but just in my work out  and Not in my diet but that's not a big deal because I have to work and this year I miss X-mas!!!!

I eat Almost every day the same menu

Breakfast: Oatmeal whit 1/2 cup of fat free milk

sanck: Fat free and sugar free gelatin + apple

Lunch:Tuna salad whit cucumbers and veggies

       &nb sp;   2 slices of light Sara Lee Bread

       &nb sp;   Fruit salad 200gr peach + 200 gr strawberries

Snack: banana and orange

Dinner: Chicken whit cucumbers and veggies

       &nb sp;    2 slices of bread

       &nb sp;    Fat free and sugar free gelatin

Some days I change the tuna salad for Tilapia and change the fruits or add some nuts

I'm so IN!!!!

I have been stuck in this 5 last pounds since 5 months now and that's suck

My goal it's 115 I'm in 118-121 and the number just don't down.I think that I never going to reach my goal or my body just don't want to drop more pounds but I'm still in the line so let's do it!

That's sound perfect I love read and I love the idea "eat books instead of cookies" at least the books don't have calories but they have a lot of culture and knowledge rigth Now I'm reading the book "ONE HUNDRED YEARS OF SOLITUDE" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez and that it's a wondelful book and 3 days ago I finished reading the book "the divine comedy" by Dante another master piece. Also we can propose a title of any book and later we can comment it. Like a reading club don't you think?

My goal: 115lbs before December (I been stuck in 121.5 for almost 5 weeks now and I don't know if I can  reach my goal I really hope so)

Tuna,strawberries,peach,cucumbers and all kind of salads I eat them every single day and I really tired of them but it's just like you i can't thonk in another kind of food.That suck!!!

I'm been stuck in 120-119 since 4 months now and I really want down to 115. I make cardio 3 days in the week and training 5 days my problem it;s that all fat it;s in my stomach area and just don;t wanna go away!!! I'm so sick of this I hope WE can make our goal before december.

Thank God that I'm not the only one.I'm started to worry because that happens to me  lately I lost about 66 pounds in the last 8 months and my hands and feets are frozen (literally speaking) I have to wear a sweatshirt inside of my house!!! I just start thinking that maybe I was sick or something! somebody knows why this happen?

Hi

I have PCOS since i have 15 and I been in treatment now I have a little girl she has 3 years, also the treatment is basically if you don't want to have childs the anticonceptive pills and if you want to have child any kind of fertility pill I just to take Clomid. I know it's hard to lose weight went you have this condition and all the side effects (hair in the face, acne,irregular periods, the overweight specially in the abdomen area) but ask your doctor for the best treatment for you!

Come on girl!!! You need talk to your parents. That's  a serius problem and you need help now!!! I don't know why you start doing that but that it's not the rigth way to do it. I have problems whit that to 6 months ago I start to vomiting because in my crazy mind I think that if I do it that I can lose weigth quick but it;s not funny it's a dangerous play. Fortunaly I get help in time. Please get some help. That is not way to live just thinking went i gonna vomiting and be worried that nobody is gonna catch me doing that!!! That's suck!!!!!

My lunch it's about 150-200 cals but I eat 3 snakcs betwen bfast,lunch and dinner.

Hearts romanie lettuce -  20 cals

Tuna in water- 50 cals

Veggies-80 cals

toasted bread ligth- 45 cals

My goal it's weight 120 before my 25 birthday in september. It has been a hard change but nothing that you can't do it. I hope you can reach your goal soon!!!

Come on gir!!! don't be so pessimistic!!!!! I know everyone has one of those days!!! but just  stop to live in the past you only hurt yourself. get up and go to the gym. you do not stay at home just thinking about what you were when you were a teenager. Change that negative energy in something possitive. I know you can do it!!!!!

Today my friends invited me to a chinese restorant and well I save 450 calories for just one dish  I just eat Hunan beef and brocoli just 190 calories per serving (according to CC)  and according ALLI calorie & fat counter 150 calories per serving. I try to eat just the veggis and the brocoli but the real problem it's the sause. I put my meal in the cc and just add 100 calories more for the sause (just in case) sorry for no have the answer to your cuestion. I just wanna let you know that we have the same problem whit chinese food!!!!!!

Hi

That hapen whit me when I start to lose weight my breast almost disappear!!!! and the skin around my belly turn saggy !!!! and I don't  really noticed the losed pounds because every day I was looking in the mirror but the other people do !!!so my solution was make aerobics. I make aerobics 6 days and that make the difference it's a slow change  but worthwhile when you see that the skin is no longer saggy!!!!!!

  I don;t know if you make some exercise because you don't writte nothing about it but try to make at least 30 min so your body start to reaffirm the musclues and the skin. Don't feel bad!!! You have to be proud of you. Lose weight it's a hard thing to do and and requires a total change of life and you do it!!!!Don't give up sweety Not know!!!!! I belive in you!!!!

Every metabolism it's diferent. Some people lose more weight in short therm than others doing the same things (diet and exercises)  but all depends off your organism. I have read a lot of post of people frustrated because they don't can lose 2 o more pounds in a week!!! but they forget that we put all that fat in owrs bodies in a large period of time and just want that all that disappear quick. Lose 1 lb in a week it's wonderful I'm happy if I can lose 1 lb every 2 weeks!!! Everything it's relative.

Keep going!!!!!! and congratulations!!!! and you don't doing nothing wrong you all ready still losing weight!!!!! just give it some time!!!!

Feel me better and be better

Go to shopping and be able to try more different styles of clothes no just the "ugly ones" or the huges ones.

 to like me the person that I'm looking in the mirror.

being more Healthy

Change forever the bad habits in my life and went go old being an active older woman and fit.

Being a good example for my girl

and finally this september celebrate my 25 birthday and look wonderful.

Hi

I'm in the last 14 lb to lose my CW is 134 and my goal it's 120 and I know it's hard to lose the last pounds (24 years 5'2). But this week I lose 1lb and I'm in a 1200 calories diet but since 2 weeks ago I'm zig-zaggin I think that it's help me and I make workouts 2 times a day (in the morning and evening 90 min each) 6 days and take a day off (sunday) that day I eat 1350 calories to shock my metabolism.

I hope you can lose that last pounds!!! DON'T GIVE UP!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Just try to add some exercise at least 30 min and TAKE IT EASY!!! I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!

Oh yes!!!

Everytime!!! When I do not exercise I feel terrible. Today I say this day it's my "day off" but 1 hr later I was doing exercise!!!!(haaaa) what's wrong whit me!!! and even when I feel so tired I can stop doing it because then I feel bad and that physicologic  game just beat me!!!! But I promise tomorrow it's my day off!!!!! I need at least one but it's hard to me because I think I'm ADICCTED to exercise!!!!

Unhappy and fatter!!!.... and no healthy!!!!!!

 

I'm start 136lb five years ago and then i'm gained 48 lb (10 lb/year aprox) and then  I'm back to 134lb since March-july 2008 and still lossing!!!!!!

A calorie is a calorie. One  calorie can change the balance. It's better to count every calorie even of veggies.

I eat 1250 calories a day and I make exersice 6/7 days to times for day in the morning (5:30 am) and evening (8:30) and I take a day off and just eat 1200 calories. I hope I can lose 10 pounds more!!!!
