Tammy thanks, Girl you just don't know what the hell I am facing here. I am Going nuts yes. AND I am relaxed... Ok.. Relax let it go relax let it go.

Ok I can't give him a shopping list. HE is going to pay for the foods I need. That comes to 100 and something a week.

I give him a LIST. HE will come back with CHIPS. LOL.. Just a joke to relax. No! He can't shop for me. If I have a list down I can fight that temptation thing. I can Get what is on my list and out in 30 mins. I power shop.

My best friend is still trying to learn how to shop like me. LOL

3 kids in the store with you. You have to learn how to master the art of getting in and out with out them yelling. I want a toy.. Them supper wal marts.. LOL.

But me and these hips are going to war. I am going to call Connie the Trainer and tell her. I need a good hip program I can do 3 times a week. He had one for me. But it was to stress full for the muscles. I know I can do this. I think and I know I can.

Them evil Jean Co. My friend Eve told me that she got a few pair of jeans last week, and she said that they didn't even go past her butt. She said that thin in crap is messing with her big time. SHE was like. What about the hip girls? We are losing weight, but we are not bean poles. SHE said she didn't take them back either. SHE said to me.. Her and them 14's are going to war. Tommy jeans is what they are. I got a pair of 16 Tommy jeans I paid good money for, and I can't wear them. I got past that. But what pissed me off was that.. I wear 16 I have 16 i wear, is wal mart the only ones cutting the jeans right.

Yeah, I called my girl friend, and she said. It is time to up your game on you diet. So she is going to help me plan my meal week. SHE is good at that.

She said. Them last 40 pounds just have you in a rut. AND she is right. The wedding day. The wedding ring. The house... The car.. The van that I must get a motor for. The this and that.. Oh Crap..

I am in a world of hurt and mess. My boyfriend gets up set when I stress. He is yelling. YOU are hurting your self. Stop BITCHING. OK.. HOW can i? SO I let him Have it. I said if it was not about the wedding the house, the car and the other mess I am facing I will still  be on track. Then I said, Maybe we need to call this thing off. Then he said. NO.. IF I have to buy all your food and make sure you work out 4 times a week I will..

Ok. I am losing it. TOO much stress..

Don't feel bad. I am going to have to start over again. But this time. I am going to stay on the damn wagon. I am so sick of fallen off. I never been this pissed about the scales or the stress in my life before. I think I am stressed because I have had a handle on every thing up til now.

OH.. I am going nuts and depressed with you honey. You are not alone in this one.

I feel like I am in a maze race with the rats trying to find the best cheese at the end of it. :(

Trish, I feel that i am off my rocker on this one. I am running all day long. I am trying to keep up with my father, and my man. In this small business that me and my father runs. Then I got my part time job, and the other things that I do.

The stress is too much.

I got to things I can do. Eat or fight the food. So I am fighting the food. A good friend of my father works for GOOD WILL, and he brings my father jeans all the time. Well I told him to get me some 18, and I love the jeans. But Guess what. They  will not come past my hips. I was GOING out of my mind. Then I called my girl friend, and I told her about it.. She said 181/2 and you can't get them on. I said no. SHE said wrong cut.. We put them up to some 12's I have here and dammit.. IF they are not taged wrong.

Arizona jeans, They are cut wrong or I done gain some weight out of the ass. I put on my other 18's and they are loose. SO now I am freaking. I think my kid can wear these jeans, but I love them

SO I got 2 things I can do. I can get on the road and whip these pounds off of me. Because I really like the art work that is on these jeans. Or just give it up.

5 dollars per pair. I got 4 of them, and they can't fit. I am so pissed. I am going to have to get over it and work my ass off.

AND these are not the first pair that are cut wrong or the last pair. I just want to just say.. YOU know BLEEP IT.. But I am not. Them jeans done gave me one hell of a kick in the butt..

Oh I need hugs... SUPPER HUGS>>>>> :(

Thanks Obsidyan, and Tammy. I need to learn how to relax and take time out for me. I don't do that enough as it is. I just do enough for the kids and very little for myself, and I can't forget all that I do for him.

I am on the run all the running I do. I really do need a break.. Thanks again girls. I am going to do the things you said and add that into my Daily doings.

Obsidyan, I had taco bell today. Not 1-2-3 I had 4 chalupas, Now I was full after I had the first 2. But I made myself force the others down with all that added stress. We don't even have the news on the house yet, and I can't bare another night with him  crying about moving the wedding date up. I told him. NO House with in a few months, no I do. I will not live in apartment with 3 kids and my dog. My dog needs yard to run, and she is having puppies.

Not only that. I don't mind moving the wedding date up. I just want to make sure I am going to be happy. I need to have a few things done to be happy.

There is nothing wrong with my SUV.. 100 dollars to fill that sucker up.

There is nothing wrong with my 4 door car either. I think he just want to give and give to me. Or he thinks I am going to leave. I am not that kind of girl.

I am there with him for the long haul, like he is there for me. But I am so sick of him doing me like this and that. Pushing me.

I need a break.. I need a big break.. I need a long break.

Well i will like to say this to you all. I understand what she is saying about the jealous of the lower weights to lose. But i will tell you what makes me mad. The ones that are 110 pounds and they are eating 500 calories to lose weight. Weight that to me is not there, and they are 5'6. That is what makes me mad. I am not jealous of any one. I am just upset when there are women here that are mostly kids and see that they are fat or over weight.

I know that is a sickness.But that is them. I am over weight yes. And i wish i had a lesser amount to go. But i don't got 10 or 20 more to go. I got a lot. But i am working it out the best way i can. So i understand where she is coming from...

You can hold the squat or give your thighs a break. What i do is when i do the set for all the abs. The sides and the center. I do a squat and then i pop back up and go back down into it. When you get the movements of it. You can go really fast. But i will start off slow with the movement. The burn part of it is when you do the whole abs the sides and the center and you are doing it fast. They really do work.

If you got an ab roller. YOU will want to put that in the trash. You are really working your abs and thighs with that work out. If you really take a look at it.

But the hold one is so much better. Because you will start to feel the burn in the thights. All the way down to the lower seat of your butt.

LOL... Well i do them, and they work like nothing else. Love handles.. Going away.. But i was doing them before i learn them at the dance class. They added the squat to them at the gym. I was just doing them standing.. And i was not putting my hands up by my ears or cheek bones. Having the hands up to your ears give you added weight they said. I don't know what they do. But i do feel them.. That is what matters.

Hey Lady O, I know how you feel a little bit. I wish i was under 150, but i am not. Them scales don't like me. I am always goine up and down. I mean it is like Hell on wheels with the weight numbers. I try so hard to lose a few pounds. Every time i try. It's like i am being knocked down by life, and i am back to 188 or down to 180.. You got to watch your salt and then you got to watch your carbs, and then you got to watch your fat and sugar. This drives me nuts. But i am happy that there are people under 150 and trying to stay under 150 before it gets out of hand.

Sometimes i wish i was not lazy.. I mean i wish i would have started early, but i got out of hand with the weight. Now i feel like i am playing catch up with the rest of the girls here. But i am trying and learning how to catch myself before i fall even deeper.

My great aunt left alabama for 5 months and when she came back, the first thing she said to me. Hey baby. You lost weight, and when i was looking at my chart at the doctor office the other day. He had 42 pounds of weight loss. That made me feel good.

But sometimes i wish it was more.

Amber, The Question is can you feel them. I told my cousin to do a few of them and she said, OH Bleep. That hurts.. She said ,but it's a feel good hurt. She said , I don't feel the ones i do on the floor. She said, I am going to have to do a few of these every day. LOL

I love the class i am in. The trainer comes up with new stuff all the time.

Saroful, Did you give them a try. I know they hurt. They had us doing them in class. I told you 40.. Well try just 60 of the total and see if you can get up out of bed the next morning. LOL

Marcibeaucoup.. Did you try them too? Or are you just joking on Saroful.

They hurt. But you are not on the floor trying to do them. If i would have learn them before i got all of these machines and tools i seen on T.V. I would have never used them.

Tighten your abs up and do that sqaut and twist your wasit being really tight with your movements and see how you like it. They call that the burn. You are doing a twist really fast. And you are doing it like double time. When you think you are getting a break for a rest. The trainer yells again. And you go for another 20 and then another 20. Before you know it. You done did 60 of them

They hurt like hell.

When i got done doing them I told erica to help me sit down in the car. she said no you help me.  I am driving. I helped her into the car, and off to home we went.

No more junk food fast food stops for erica. That is why we had a day of hell with the trainer. She said, We are going to go for that gut like never before. We are going to do this every time we work out. I hope you love it. One girl said, let me sit down. I was like. NO don't. We will have to do more. LOL.. She said down. AND when she got up. We did another 20 of the center crunch only..

That woman made me mad. But hey. The abs are feeling great. That burn..

Ok.. Now i am pissed.. I didn't send in enough texts for chris, what the hell happen. I mean really.. What happen. I don't like that Kat girl. Doing them every day.. My father does them every day. He does only low reps. He do 25 of each every day. I did work my abs every day during the ab week. That was a killer. Once i got past the soreness. I was hitting home runs with the ab work out. I add them in during my dance now.

But it is best to take a day off to let the muscles regroup.

Work them every other day.

When i do them I do only 30 of them. I saw the drop in my chin change with in 3 weeks of doing them every day at night. I told my mother i see change. SHE said, yeah! I see it too.. They really work, and the sock is softer than a ball of some kind. A woman told me you can use one of them relax hand balls too. But i needed something bigger than that. You have to focus on holding it under your chin and not drop it. That is the key. You are making the muscles in your neck under your chin hold the ball in place while you work the flab that hangs under your chin..

Hang in there girl, i have fell off the wagon myself, and hit a all time low. Well High.. But i am back where i need to be.. The weight goes up and down. I know what you are facing. Maybe you need to let the scale have a break and don't watch that sucker for a week. I did that once, and when i got on it on friday. I damn near hit the floor with what i saw.. 180 pounds.. I was like. Hell ya! Baby. I was feeling good about it.

Now you have to say to that platuea, i am going to beat you and mean it..

Ok.. Honey.. Herbal is not all herbal, if you can read some of the words on the label, and then get some words that you never heard of in your life. That means. There special junk is added.. Nothing is ever 100%...

I take a few diet adds but that is under the care of an doctor. If you go for diet adds, you have to let your doctor know what you are taken. Get his or her OK..

Taken them pills can mess you up. They can have you weak, and looking like you don't have life at all.. Make you look zoned out. Zonked out too.

1,200 calories to 1,300 calories are good for you.

My doctor has me eating.. These calories offset each week. I eat 1,200 one week, and 1,300 the next.  You need to talk to your doctor and get on a balanced diet like united said.

Slappy, I am going to have to get some running in myself. Can i join in with the rest of you. I am looking to do a half a mile a day next week. I am still walking, and jogging all at the same time. I really ran the other day when i saw that snake in the road.. So i am willing to give it a try. Run like the win at 5:30 even morning saying out for a full 30 mins can coming back around 6. I am in.. It may take me a while to do a lot of running. But i got to get back on the ball. I am fallen off.. Thanks to this wedding crap.. I told him today.. Just get the fat i lost and shot it back in me.. LOL... He said you run i will ride behind you in a car. He can't run he has a bad hip. So i laughed that off, and said. I got to get back on line and see what the girls are up too.. SO here i am.. Tell me what the game plan is..

Ok.. I got it for you.. I have done this for that hang that was under my chin.. My mom does this one. I was thinking she was nuts. What she did was took a sock. Rolled it in a ball, and she puts it under her chin and she crunch i guess down on it. Now i had to give this a try. I did.. Ok and i tell you.. It works... Get you a sock that don't have a mate no more. roll it up in a ball. you my need 2 socks to make it thick, and you bend your chin down. Trying not to let the sock fall down. Give them a try.. They really do work.

I think you should go to 1300 if you are working out, and 1200 when you are not going to be working out heavy during the week. That should level things out.

I have been on the go for the past few weeks, and i upped mines with out even knowing, and my weight has been holding. I gain 3 pounds but then they was gone a few days later. So i think it is about the 1500 that is why you are gaining. Go back to 1200-1300 and see what happens. I think you will level back out..

Scales are wrong half the time.. The other thing that can up your weight is water and body waste. Oh yeah, and the good old number 1 SALT.

I will know if no one beat our bid for the house. I am keeping every thing crossed. I want that house. The right size and the right amount of space for a in home gym..

I have been busy a lot for the past few weeks. I am so on the run. My diet is running away from me, and the pounds that i lost are trying to jump back on one by one. yelling hell guys get on. she is eating the wrong stuff.. Give them hips a new pounds for us please.. ok don't for get the tummy. Lots of room around the gut..

I am going to have to roll my ass out of the bed and go for a run every morning to get back on track again.
