Another thing I've found to be really good for pizza crust is the low carb, low calorie whole wheat pitas. It's thicker than tortillas, so it holds up a little better. |

I also find it hard some days to eat the minimum 1200 calories, but other days I very easily go over. I do try to plan out my day at least in my head, but on busy days I often skip snacks. If I'm under my calories and feel like I could eat something at night, I'll have a piece of fruit or some cereal. I've read a lot of things that claim the time of day you eat doesn't matter, it's just the total amount you eat for the day. |

I used to weigh every day when I would go on "diets," this past year that I have changed my eating habits though, I only got on a scale a few times, and usually only if I had to at doctor's. I just went by the mirror and clothes. It was always a nice suprise to see how much the numbers went down after long periods. After joining this site, I have been weighing every week now. |
