I agree with your research, but I also know that it is extra hard to change your lifestyle and diet suddendly. My theory however that worked for me, is every two weeks of eating healthy and following my diet I would reward myself with one favorite snack. (ice cream) Once you get use to your healthy snacks you no longer really desire the other one and I eventuay weeded off of it. NOw eventhough I didnt stick to my diet I stil dont care for ice cream anymore. But everyone is different.

Im not so sure what my problem is? Im just home all day, watching tv. I go to sleep at about four and wake up about 12 . So i dont eat breakfast or lunch and dinner usually happens around 11. I hate to go to the gym but I wont go to classes . I use to be so active and since i went to college its like theres nothing to do and now I just stay in the house because I hate to put on clothes and they dont fit. I hate to go shopping now to cause nothing looks right. Not to mention my boyfriend is a stick who eats everything and doesn't gain a pound. I dont want to be skinny, I just want to be healthy and sexy. Im willing to work for my goal but after a week I usually lose motivation. HELP ME ! |

That sucks....I have some bad eating habits too: like eating late at night!!! How about this, If you are on a diet and you follow it well for about two weeks then have one small scope of ice cream or 1 small bag of popcorn. That can serve as a motivation, if u still want your snacks. Some advice that I am actually going to try is for every week that I follow my diet, I will put 10 dollars in a jar that way when I reach my goal weight I have hard "earned" money that i can go on a shopping spree with to celebrate being 60 pounds less. |

Hi, Im 19 and just joined. I'm about 20 pounds heavier than you, but I need a support system too. My goal weight is 140 pounds and I too don't want to be skinny and I just want to be healthy and keep my curves. So if you like I can be your supporter as you mines. |
