WEIGH IN!!!! (and i didnt have to be prompted this week lol)

Back on track!!! although i wouldnt say eating as healthily as i would like since iv been out for dinner tons but... 137!! so im now at 0.2/12.2!! (or in other words, i lost 4lbs of water weight this week lol!!)

go me :)

hi guys i have been awol i know its been a relly tough two weeks getting bk into uni and i admit to slipping :(

SO!! i dont have results for last week so im starting afresh with 139.6 (ive put on 2.7lbs :S )

i Have motivation jeans too hehe, and i can do them up and everything but they're still a little tight on the thighs so a few more pounds to go me thinks till im there! so excited thogh they're mega pretty jeans :)

hehe beat you JUST!! I would go with eating the calories, though maybe not with pizza lol! its good that you got all your cals in but in my opinion, as long as you meet your BMR in a day you should be fine. some days i dont get dinner for various reasons and i just have a small amount of something to get past 1300. on the othe hand- pizza and ice cream is a great treat for a one off occasion hehe and i prob would have done it too!!!

When i go away its not too bad as we go on MAHOOOOSIVE walks, like all day walks that take us miles and miles away from where we're staying (countryside ones so great for the legs) suggest a walk after dinner etc to burn a few calories socially, take you running trainers and get a jog in, or as i do, sit ups and squats etc in your room. try not to give in to social binging too - thats a hard one but the less you eat thats bad for you the more positive you'll feel about exercising!!

Im staying at J's tonight so i wont have accurate scales to measure with tomorrow - im 136.8lbs today!!! which is a new low for me by 0.4lbs lol, which il take. Unless J's wii fit scale reckons i weight 135 or something better tomo, i think im just going t ogo with this number hehe!

good morning! Weighed in this morning at 136.8 which is a new low for me hehe! dont know that il get to weigh in tomorrow - will try on J's Wii fit scales but they're not as accurate as my home ones (ie i dont trust them completely) so im gonna call that my weight this week. 0.4lbs lost is good enough for me!!

I must admit i gave in to a white choc ferrero rocher this morning and had some jelly beans last night, but it was al counted and controlled!

im having probs at the moment getting myself motiated to do exercise. i want to ,but i keep thinking that i would be spending the time better if i used it doing uni work! so, for now, i am letting it slide just a little. my defecits have dropped to around 300-350 instead of 500 which explains losing less weight this week too. I NEED TO GET BK INTO THE HABIT OF EXERCISING!!! on the other hand though, i start my new job tomorrow which involves standing on my feet all day which will burn more calories, and im going snowboarding on sat for 2 hours which is like the ultimate of exercise lol!!!

cottage cheese is amazing! i still eat cheese just the lower fat types and in smaller quantities (ie, i dont eat massive lumps of brie anymore lol)

leanne ~ in my experience its better to eat more and exercise more on top than to eat less to get your defecit. i know its really hard when your down in the 120/130's to get a larger defecit so i go for 1500 cals eaten but exercise my way up to a 2000 burn rate. doing this makes it much easier to maintain afterwards as your body is used to the level of food intake, but also stops you from going into starvation mode... thats my advice anywho :)

i made a big decision to change my goal this week, and aim for 130 instead of 125. at 5'4 this is still pretty high but i am dense boned and muscly (odd combo i know) and im worried that by getting down to 125 i might actually be too skinny.. i love my womanly curves hehe!!

im looking for some novel new ways of getting exercise does anyone have any ideas?

yay renee well done!!! will post what i see on friday hehe :)

today there was chocolate, cakes, danish, more cake, more sweets all over the office and i said NO!!!!! NO NO NOOO!!!! hehehe and i feel really good about staying away from it all. i took the advice of a friend on here. when thinking about chocolate or other bad foods, think maggots over and over till you get the cravings out of your head hehe!! well, it worked for me today anywho!

if the weight you just lost was on slimfast the weight thats going back on will be food weight in your digestive system most likely - ie you didnt actually lose as much as you thought (im guessing slim fast is still meal replacement shakes and soups right?)

go with GI-Jane's option 1, and aim for a 500 defecit :)

i did this 2 week challenge , or tried... and had to stop after 10 days because i became really unwell through lack of nutrition. This may have been due to the fact that i am milk intolerant and therefore was eating it dry, but i was consuming around 300 cals total for breakfast or lunch and then had to make up at least another 900 throughout the rest of the day just to meet minimum requirements, which i was struggling to do. my warning to be careful
