it might not be alot but you're on the right path. I've gradually been losing weight and even though I cheat on my diet from time to time, I am still able to keep the weight off. I use to be able to lose about 5 pounds a week, but it never stayed off. I would gain it back as soon as i strayed from my diet. Losing it slowly really is the best thing. =]

Hey,

I'm 5'2 and weigh 164lbs. I moved to Germany last year and being my first time away from home I turned to Fast Food as my "kitchen" (i can't cook) So now here I am. 30+ pounds heavier and ready to shed this weight ,to not only get back to my original weight, but to  eventually drop down to 120.

So I'm in. Anyone else?

Weight today......... 164lbs

Goal Weight 1 Week from 2day......162lbs

When your body doesn't get the minimum calories it needs to sustain itself it thinks you're "starving to death" so it begins to store as much fat as possible in order to "keep you alive". By not eating your minimum amount of calories you will not lose as much weight, or worse, you'll gain weight.
