Hi nic...I am starting tomorrow too! Hard for me coz living overseas at the moment and basically have to eat whatever the family am staying with is eating. But am going to start by concentrating on exercising more...I am not an early morning person but my first goal is to get up an hour early and exercise every morning. I think if you take it goal by goal it will get easier. Try to focus on a goal for a few weeks before moving onto the next one. I read that it takes 3 weeks to pick up a habit so you have to stick with your goal for at least three weeks! Let me know how you go!
