Also remember that while it sucks to lose weight slowly, the slower it comes off, the lesser the chance that it'll come back on. and those people who lost 25lbs in the same time as you lost 10 may have started out at higher weights (and thus lost faster). just a thought :) |

All the advice above sounds good. It might also be helpful to aim for your meals (esp. lunch and dinner) to be a plate where 1/2 is fruit and veg, 1/4 is protein and 1/4 is complex carbs. good luck :) |

I know this thread started like AGES ago but pleaaaaase let me join! I'm 17 and going to uni in 2 weeks. hw: 159 / cw: 143ish / gw: 119 My 18th birthday is on Dec 20th and I know i can lose these 20+ pounds by then. Weigh-ins are friday, right? (tomorrow! gahh). Good luck to everyonneeeeee =)
