Hi Everybody,

Thanks for the words of encouragement.  I have gotten motivated again to lose this weight.  At 5'2 & 249, I am really feeling the impact to my knees and ankles.  I am focused more on working out, walking a lot more while the whether is extremely nice.  At this point in my life, I refused to live like this any longer.  I actually have to put distance between some people, family and friends, they were stressing me out and I was heading to the refrigerator.  If you are not for me, then you are against me and you have to go!!!  Sorry for some of the venting of frustation.

As I read through the postings, I am motivated.  The scale have moved slightly to the left, almost 1lb two weeks ago, but guess who shows up this weekend, Mr. TOM.

For you folks in the low 200's, just do your happy dance.  For us who are higher, we will get there.

Gal. 5:7 Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the cc and is part of the 200+ club.  I have been reading your blogs and would love to join.  My short term goal is to lose 25 lbs by Nov 08, than lose another 10% of weight, so forth.  My problem is staying motivated and staying with exercising.    I seemed to be going in circles, especially around TOM.

Any advice or encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
