Meh. Friends bday today so we didn't get to have lunch, and I woke up too late for breakfast - but still ate enough =]

B: Banana, apple, coffee w/ skim milk + sugar

S: 2 clementines, whole pack of soothers [sore throat!]

L: Iced cupcake

S: Hot chocolate w/ skim milk

D: Brown rice vermicilli, stir fried with chicken pieces, bean sprouts, carrots, cabbage, chilli sauce, 1tbsp veg. oil
