Hello, I'm new around here and about 5'2".

I started out on 19 July at 153 lb. and have already dropped to 148.5 lb (on 24 July), which is great, but I'm not sure if this is too fast for me to be losing.  I am eating around my recommended 1550 calories, and taking long walks at night (~3 miles up and down hills) about 3 or 4 times a week with my boyfriend, who is being very supportive.

My goal weight is 120 lb. by March 2008.  I haven't decided if I would like to lose more after that point, as I am also interested in building muscle.

Foods Tell me about greek yogurt.... Jul 22 2008

I *LOVE* the traditional honey yogurt made by Greek Gods.  It's on the calorie-heavy side, but one cup tends to fill me up for a few hours.  It's great alone or mixed with fresh fruit.  I personally enjoy eating it with something like baby carrots or celery on the side.

I live in Denver and we have a LOT of health food stores.  Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage, Sunflower Market... my suggestion would be to go to the "Store Locator" at 3greekgods.com and see what you can find.

P. S. another good yogurt that is less thick (less calories) and still amazingly delicious is Brown Cow.  I like the Maple flavor best.
