Im a weekend overeater too... What Im doing to avoid this is exercising at Saturdays and Sundays and forgetting about all the excuses that I use to eat like I deserve it, or Im so tired and start eating... I just have one life and just one July 26 2008 to be overweight and not happy with myself so when I start eating I ask myself Why am I eating? Am I really hungry? so thats when I know if its real or if its an excuse... Dont drink beer, drink whiskey or tequila with mineral water or soda, I know is expensive but isnt it more expensive to be unhealthy? Before you leave your computer on the night log what you think youre going to drink so you can control it. By the way, if there is any Mexican here dont eat tacooos when you finish your party! they have about 500 calories each (medium flour tortilla with meat and cheese) and we usually eat 2... for me thats 2/3 of my daily calorie intake. |

Great for safiyah! I really hate being like 3 sizes bigger than my friends... I dont want that anymore, 1 size is ok, but 3?? not looking good with swimsuits and not being healty. It is a hard work and when youre the weight you want to be regardless what the society thinks about you feel great. For example if you want to be 70 kgs but for your size you need to be 65 kgs (according to BMI and all that) believe me that you will be soooo happy even if you stay at the 70s! I started my weightloss journey on January 2008 and I have dropped just 7 kgs but Im so happy because I feel healthy and thinner! |
