hi again, i can't help but eat very little because when i eat something fattaning i feel guilty and excercise off all the calories. is there any way too stop feeling like this? thanks for the help anisa13 xxxx |

hi everyone, i also want to lose 10lbs. i weigh 119 lbs now and i am 5 ft 5. i go to the gym everyday for about 2 1/2 hours. i eat about 500 calories a day but sometimes 100 calories a day. how long do you think it will take me to lose 10 lbs. good luck to everyone trying to lose 10 lbs! bye:) |
