well, i still dont have a measuring tape but im working on that :)

i weighed myself two weeks ago and i think i was off. im pretty sure i started this off at 155, not 150.

so today i am 153! which is def not what i wanted to be, but its a start.

and is it unhealthy to lose more than two pounds in one week?

hey guys, i forgot to weigh in yesterday and im not home right now, so i def will in the morning.

but is anyone else having a really hard time with the idea of losing this much weight?? i mean, i know i need to and i really want to, but the idea of me actually being able to DO IT kind of scares me! Idk if thats just bc im weird lol but is anyone else in that boat?

 I agree with GI on all those good mood food, they really help. Im the same way when i have my period, youd think that id just seen a shooting or something. But i think everyone knows where youre coming from. One that that has really helped me is exercising. I start of with something pretty light, like going for a walk just to clear my mind. Thats usually in the first days when im starting to get a little pyscho with emotions. Its good to just take some time every day and take a walk somewhere to think about what in the world youre freaking out over. I find that im usually just letting my pms take too much control. My periods last for about 7 days, idk about yours, so when i get to the middle of it, i usually kick up my workouts bc by this time im getting anxious, and a harder work out will get out all that unbased anxiety or stress, which ever you might suffer from. I hope this is helpful in some way, and i hope you dont have to resort to taking something for your problems :)

To everyone who has posted on here..thank you so much.

All of you are a blessing, you really have helped me. I think about some of the things that all of you have said every time I feel like Im going to binge or throw up, and its keeping me strong.
