Weigh in Day!! 

Starting weight: 190

Weigh in 7/30/08: 188

Loss of 2lbs.  Which, I wish was more, but I'm glad there is some!  Hope everyone else had sucess!

Happy Monday to everyone!

Well, I did not have the best weekend food wise, but I'm staying OFF the scale until our weigh-in on Wednesday, and I'm expecting to see some loss.  I'm going to be extra good today and tomorrow and hit the gym for at least an hour both days. 

We can all do this!! 

We ARE going to reach our goals!

We ARE going to be healthy and happy with our bodies!!

Let's keep it up!

GW: 130 (that's the final goal weight- I've got to see that number every week to keep pushing for it!)

HT: 5'4"

BMI: 32.6

Measurements-

Chest (under Breasts): 35.25

Natural Waist: 36.25

Hips: 46.5

Biceps: R 14.4   L 14.75

Thighs: R  27.25  L  27

Today's Motivation: a FRESH start with new friends

Plan: NOT to eat raw cookie dough tonight (a weakness) :)

That sounds great Sweet Dakota.  I did weight this morning, but I didn't do measurements, so I'll have to take those tomorrow.  I think a Wednesday weigh-in is just great.

Let us know where you're posting the new thread.

Thanks for stepping up and getting us all started on this since it looks like a bunhc of us are new!

Wow, thanks so much for responding.  You do sound like you know what you're doing!! 

I think that stuff to post is great.  I would say probably once weekly weigh ins, and then just do measurements every other week, or maybe even once a month. 

I've already befriended the others who have expressed interest.  I'll add you as well. 

How does that sound to everyone else?

Gosh, I'm sorry to hear you sound so down!  I'm sure if you set your mind to it, you will get back down close to where you were.  You can do it!  Good luck. :)

I'd love to have all of you join.  Does anyone know how to officially start a group, or do you just decide to start one and then add those interested as friends, or what?
