There's this really great book out called "Making the Cut" and the author is Jillian Michaels (she's one of the personal trainers on the show "Biggest Loser"). I found it in Target one day for around $12 and read it immediately. It has diet plans based on your metabolic type and a 30 day work-out plan. It says its for people only looking to lose 10-20 pounds and get "ripped." I've been trying to stick to the plan for close to 2 weeks and lost 5 lbs so far. I definitely would recommend it to everyone.

I got my first gray hair at the age of 15, so consider yourself lucky. Now I have tons of them, and get my hair done every two months to hide them. :( I consider myself lucky for all the good genes passed down to me, except for this one.

This group is definitely for me! I put on ten pounds my freshman year, and five more within the last 2 months. I have lost 3.5 lbs, 11.5 more to go. I'll be back to weigh in on Wednesday. Good luck to everyone!
