Im in the same situation getfit20! Iv just tried to increase my exercise n drink less calorific drinks!

Oooh you sound like you should be exhausted! I bet it is extremely hard to stick to a eating plan with that schedule. I wouldn't beat yourself up too much about the cake - it sounds like your a lot more dedicated with your exercise programme than what I am!

I'm the same as you Emily! If I eat low cal stuff (even lots of it!) I do find it hard to reach 1200 cals. But then if I have a chocolate bar its far to easy to go over hehe. Welcome Katharine!

I'm going to increase the exercise I'm doing to aim for a 1000 cal deficit. I've been really lazy with exercise so far and think thats why my results have been limited!

I'm glad your trying to really up you calories! I wish you lots of luck. I weighed in this morning 123.5. In 3 and a 1/2 weeks ive lost 2.5 pounds which seems a little slow:(. x

I feel exactly the same as you! I started on July 22nd n so far have lost only 1/2 pounds:( It does feel really disheartening after 3 weeks work. x

Monday weigh ins are good for me! Im a bit worried about this weekend however as I have 3 nights of parties planned (rare for one weekend)! One work night out, one night out with friends and one housewarming party! Hopefully I'll be able to just stick to a few low calorie drinks such as vodka etc.

In reference to your stones question Mallz its what people in England often refer to their weight in. Im 9 stone which is the same as 126 pounds. 1 stone = 14 pounds. :) Im hoping to lose a full stone. x x
