i have like the EXACT same problem! like today i ate a lot, and i feel so bad about it, but if i eat too little i get scared im slowing my metabolism its so hard, everyone tells me i need even more but im like why am i gaining so much then

omfg! you guys are like all under weight already(or at a good weight) and all of your goals WILL be way under! when your tall you just simply have to weigh more, cuz you are taller, |

omg! i have been having the same exact problems! except i honestly cant figure out if i have actually gained or not... im hoping no, i have been getting weighed weekly at the drs and it goes between 108 and 112.5! a big variation depending on the time of day, i get so mad, because when its higher they are like good job good job, and im like honestly i doubt its a gain, but do you think it is? i recently took the plunge and uped my calories, cuz i need to eat more, and my metabolizm was like dead, i think its getting better, but i have also realized that i gain even more during the day SOMETIMES 113! but then the morning im less, but its like ick its so stressful, i also do not have a scale so i have to use other ppls hahaso i cant do the same time daily |

you probably have bigger bones!, im the same way! big bones dont meen fat, it just means your bones are bigger then others, meening they weigh more, also if you work out a lot, you probably have muscle ... that weighds more too, but it is also better then fat, so dont go by just the scale |

i havent really lost anything : ( but honestly i havnt been trying that hard, i havnt gained anything REALLY either, which is wierd cuz i feel like i gained about 6 pounds.. whatever, im still between 110 and 113 when i eat or drink i go way up then like not long after im normalish again its wierd |

my metabolism is super slow, and it used to be so fast, i screwed up big time, but i agree that young people need more calories! for sure! |

firs of all DONT LOSE weight! you are all ready tiny! and second i have metabolism issues as well due to eating issues, and it makes me mad and terified! just try and realize the only way to fix it is actually eat more, and everything will work its self out, life isnt about food and weight! |

can i join? cw-111/112 gw-105? iim not really sure, mercy bobcat,it could be that you are gaining muscle i recently upper my calories : ( to try and speed up metabolism(it needed to be done) and i have gotten to start exercising! i am gaining weight like crazy tho! the other day i was 113! and im scared haha, do you think it will level out or will i just get to like 1000000 haha ps im not like trying to loose a ton of weight, i just would feel more comfortable and its just a little bit |
