OK I've totally slacked off this month.  The only reason my loss is so significant is because I had food poisining this weekend and I've barely been able to eat anything since I dispelled everything out of my system Friday night.  Kind of encouraging to see the number finally down past 196, not gonna lie, but definitely not the way I wanted to do it.  I've been plateaued for a long time now and I've started to get complacent... NOT a good thing because I still have a long way to go.  I got EA Sports Active though and plan to start that soon, as well as hit the gym again.  I've also started a walking group with some of the girls from work and every Wednesday we do a 4mile walk in the evenings.  I'm getting back in gear... slowly... but I really need a kick in the pants to get my focus back or something.  Ugh why is this so hard sometimes!?

Thanks for your replies everyone!  I think I'll head out to Target tomorrow and pick it up.  I do love my Wii Fit but you're right the stop/start does get annoying after a while.  Hopefully I can figure out a routine that can include both! :)

I really need to get back on board, here.  Work has been seriously cramping (read: stopped) my workouts.  At least I can control my loss a little with what I eat... but I miss working out!!  (And the results that come from it!)

Sorry I'm late!  I was out of town with family for Easter weekend and away from a scale until last night.  Considering all I ate this weekend (small meals, mostly- but also very rich), I'm proud to have lost 1/2 a pound, too.

No, I don't feel hungry. I eat slowly and when I feel I've had enough I stop. And I don't eat a lot. Besides, what I've realized is the less you eat, the less you want to. 

Quite frankly that statement concerns me as much if not more than your diet plan.  Please be healthy.

Health & Support not hungry but then hunger is triggered by first taste of food--weird? Feb 18 2009

Apples do that for me too.. it's the weirdest thing.
