I'm happy with this. Although, I am depressed at present, split with my boyfriend and not feeling too good. I'm pulling myself out of it tho and the doc has jsut given me ADs to get me through the first horrible bit. hopefully i wont stay on them. got a 5week course and repeat visit to docs.

Anyways, heres hoping things will turn around for me... and REALLY hoping i get to 182 soon!!! thats the next lil milestone.

erg i know how u feel...

I can see a difference in my shoulders and my chest.. MAYBE my waist but hips and thighs and butt, all the bits that count... NOTHING

 

Its probably water retention! From the shred. I feel like I must have a gallon in me. haha.

just heard mum say "I'm going to make myself a pot noodle" shame on her lol. yucky pot noodle!!!!

I just wanted to post on here if anyone is thinking of also doing the 30 dya shred i totally recommend it, I hurt, I ache I'm stiff.... but OMG I can tell its worked!!! I so want to do it again... if i can haha.

Hmmm... not as much as I wanted. NEXT WEEK!!!

OMGosh lozzle, I'm doing the 30 day shred too and also something called www.hundredpushups.com try it, its like a weekly program to get to one hundred push ups.... I'm ****, managed 19 but my arms KILL!!!

30 day shred is awesome, I'm blogging it on http://alenajay.blogspot.com first workout is today, I've just sat and watched it lol. right, off I go to try and get a bigger number next week. :D

I'm getting back on track slowly... still have exams going on and with help from some friends on here and IRL i decided to not track as much while exams are on, its just too much stress, but obviosuly something is working because I've lost 2.3... so I'm not going as hardcore atm but as soon as exams are over I'm back on proper style and hopefully i can get a huge loss and get back below where i was before :D

I deserve one week in four where i cna be up a lil. lol.

Hey there, I'm Jayne. 21 year old student from the UK! I currently weigh the lowest I have in two years. but I'm wanting to get into and stay in onederland. I was there last week. 182 is the weight i was at 16 years old although I have been as low as 164 and as high as 224 so I'm doing ok.
I work in a bar called Flares which is a 70s inspired nightclub so I work til stupid hours in the morning and am always peckish, resisting the tmeptation to eat when i get home is hard but I'm trying.

Anyways, there is some info about me.

I'm ok with this. I started eating again this week now that I'm better so I knew it wold be up. kinda not happy that its up back into the 200's but i'll get it down again.

went out on friday and consumed enough alcohol for like, 10 people, think i worked it out as 19 units!!! triples for singles at BZR = not good. so i may STILL be retaining water but that might be wishful thinking.

I'm working everyday this week now its half term so I'm thinking lots of money and probabyl some weight loss because I'll be walking up and down a bar for 6 hours every day!

plus now i have time i want to try and get some exercise in and d some of the jobs that need doing like cleaning room and car.

so thats me, and i hada huge rant. sorry.

Ok, heres a little explanation. I managed to make it to 205 by Jan 30 (from january weight loss challenge) and here I am feb 3rd (because its the nearest weigh in to feb 1st i have) at 200.

you guys might be thinking like whoa, 5 pounds in 4 days?

well, actually I'm realy sick at the moment and unable to eat anything without vomiting it back up. I can't hear in one ear, and my chest makes a funna crunching sound when I breathe. Apparently its a virus and they can't do anything about it.

So I knwo the weight loss I've made of that 5 pounds will probably go back on once i can eat again but I'm hoping I can keep it under control enough to be back at 200 by the end of the month.... 203 would be ok too.

yea 5'5" and was 224 pounds.... I actually carry nearly all of it on my stomach if you look at me from the back I just look a little overweight as opposed to obese lol.

it happened to be so many times that I decided to start using it to get a seat on crowded trams (but of course would always give it up if someone ACTUALLY pregnant or elderly came on)

lol.

wii fit told me i'd gained 6 pounds overnight that 21000 extra cals in one day? I don't think so!!! I'd been dead good so i starting using the digi scales!
