Thanks for all the replies everyone!! I am not flying at a slow time, it is November to a beach. The plane will be full, or close to it, both ways. I think I should be okay since I can raise the arm rest, but I think I will need a seat belt extender. What about purchasing my own, I see these for sale online. Is this an option anyone has done or heard of? I'm just wondering if it would bring less attention than having to ask someone for one. |

Was it the same sort of plane on the way back valsgoal? That surprises me that you didn't need one one way and did the other. I am about your size. I am traveling with a friend and I have an isle seat, and I picked a seat that is "handicap accessible" which just means the arm rest raises. So hopefully it won't be a problem. But it's just a concern of mine. I'd hate to start the trip off on a negative note. |

Wow, what a bad food and excercise week it has been. I am going through some PMS and can't seem to fight the cravings and don't have the energy to walk (the 98 degree weather doesn't help either). Does anyone else have these problems right before TTOM? |

Does anyone else have someone special in their life that has voiced concern that if you lose weight they are afraid you will leave them? My thought on this is if the person thinks I am only with them because I am overweight, then what are they doing so terrible that they think I won't stick around if I lose it? Seems like along with my changing eating habits, maybe they should change their behaviour as well. Maybe a loved one quietly tries to sabotage your eating, by cooking fattening food or wanting to go out a lot. Anyone have any of these issues? |

I'd like to join please. I am fairly new to the site. I'm 5'7 an my SW is 305. If I have to pick a goal weight for Christmas I guess I'll try for the 250 mark. |

I'm just starting as of 7/21 at 305. I think I lost some in the past week, but it's too early to tell. It may just be water weight...but I'll know more by the end of this week. Thanks for all of your inspirational stories. I find myself reading more and more each day. |
