idk ..i put mine in the closet and forgpot about them till i lost 30 pounds then i remembrered hey i got some size 3s i wonder iof they fit..and they did it was sooo great and rewarding ! |

i just ate 710 cals in one sitting ..thats one black forest ham sub from pizza hut..god why! i exercised for like 40 minutes but im scared it will all go to my thighs.. just be glad you didnt eat a ton of bread and cheese like i just did.. fruit is mainly water ..i think ill have it for dinner..im trying to stay at 1200 cals a day to recover. its really hard when u still feel fat but hairloss is motivating. |

im the exact same size as you 5 ft 6 and i stay 113-116 pounds. i got a ED and im trying to recover its very hard ..i been eating what i want pretty much,but i feel uber guilty about it later.. my period never dissapeared ,even when i was 108 i still had one..i think you should see a obgyn or something ..thats scarry you dont want to ruin your reproductive system..if i was you id force myself to gain the 10 pounds.. but im not you and i still feel fat.. |

Congrats! me and my fiance are eloping also ,vegas isnt really our style so we chose the cresent hotel in hot springs ppl been getting married there since the 1800's and the marriage packages are cheap,500 for the cheapest .. so theres no real way around upsetting the gp's ,just make sure granny gets some pictures of you looking happy and im sure they will get over it,specially if you explain how you are broke.. good luck ,may bands of angels guide you through this path called life. |

I zig zag all the time ..i wasnt aware this was others strategy.. It works for me as long as your not over doing it ,you have to keep some sort of balance if that makes any sense. for example sat 1000 cal sun 600 cal mon 1200cal tue 500 cal wed 1600 cal thur 700 cal fri 2000 cal

I was once a teen with a eating disorder..and now im an adult with a eating disorder.It's not exactly something you wish to grow with,the disease causes you to torture yourself with food and mirrors.But im sure most of you have read a little about it to know what the signs are.The cause is different for each person im sure..it really pisses me off when i hear terms like "thats just you getting your woman size " or "men love curves" .. womansize?wtf thats just a nice way to tell sumone its ok if they let themself go because they arew getting older..your hips may spread but the rest of you doesnt have to. and as for the "men love curves" or the "be proud real women have curves" that's insulting to REAL WOMEN,we are not here to be pretty for men,they size us up as soon as we walk by them. Just because im underweight doesnt mean im not a real woman and it certainly doesnt mean i cant attract men.. but fotr those of you bwho onlky care what men think of you .. i get more wistles and come ons now that im 113 pounds then id ever gotten at 140 ..

Well in my experience ive been wondering some similar things.Like why is it someone who is 200 pounds can walk a hour and burn up to 700 calories but me i can only burn like 200.i thinks its because it takes alot more for them to move their body weight .but im guessing the reason is the same with the intake ,they need more calories because they have more fat to burn then we do,so yes they do burn it faster. and as for you i think you should choose a healthy medium if your not sure how many calories you need,but you can rely on the fact if you take in more calories then you burn ,you gain ,if you burn more cals then you ate you lose weight. so really it all depends on your level of activity for that day. |

Walking is a good start. i had this same problem. this exercise will turn your thighs,hips,butt into steel in a month.worked 4 me. stand up with arms extended like a= T ,extend one leg while balancing on the other ,your leg should be extended to your side not out in front of you. do 30 leg lifts with your toes barely touching the floor each time. then switch to the other leg do 30 more.
do this 2 times a day or at random moments.
eat low carbs,no choco,no beer,no SAlt |

i had almost the same issue.. i was 140 and a size 36 d now im 116 pounds and a size 32 b!
but im kinda happy about it cuz my boobies are perky now and for sum reason it made me look younger..so yay for smaller boobs .. big ones get flabby and fake ones will look horrid at 80 |
