Try eating on a Vegan diet WITHOUT refined sugars, I have become a bottomless pit when it comes to food now that I'm Vegan

The diet shake stuff is just this hearbalife stuff my mum uses, it gets me some good protien and tastes nice. The minced gluten is marketed as Casserole mince for vegetarians, it tasts alright and is pretty good in the calorie and protien department/ Whey adds some protien I miss out on.

I needed to do dips as pat of My Starting Strength 5x5's.

I guess I'll have to look into other exercises for my triceps, and maybe something to work up my core strength.

I could only bench like 30 pounds today, I was so embarrased.

I was sating on Stronglift's 5x5, I am feeling really good about how my squats are going, on the last squat of my last ste, I let out the biggest fart of my life. This wouldn't have been as bad IF THE GYM WASN'T DEAD SILENT AT THE TIME. Needless to say, the girl I was trying to impress that day wouldn't talk to me >.>

Recipes Any low cal recipes for cheesecake ?? Aug 08 2008

1/2 cup boiling water
1 packet unflavored gelatin (5 cals)
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder (25 cals)
2 packets splenda (0 cals)
1.5 teaspoons almond extract (0 cals)
2 cups fat-free cottage cheese (320 cals)

So the whole thing adds up to only 345 calories, and will make about 10 servings, I'm guessing, for 35 calorie a slice cheesecake!  woooo!
And my dad, who loves the crust, is just going to put his slice on top of a graham cracker, which adds about 20 cals, so still only 55 cals.

I saved it in a word doco after I got it from someone on this site.

Its love, You can eat half that thing and be under 200 calories AWESOME! if I do say so myself >)

Breakfast: Meal Replacement shake mixed with oatmeal, soo cash

Snack: a few musk sticks at school

lunch: Same as breakfast

Dinner: 2 Soy Sausages and a veggie cook-up.

 

Broablly didn't meant my calorie requirements, but oh well, I was filled.

OK guys, thanks for all the help!

I'm gonns start increasing my intake slowly, 100-150 kcal every 2-3 weeks, to get my body used to all the extra intake.

Yesterday was my first total cheat day and I think my body hates me for it, I have never felt to crappy after  a day of solid eating/drinking in my life! Oh well, all part of the learning process, I spose!

I'm gonna have a Meal replacement thing that my mum had, cause I have been using them, and they have a good balance of what I need for my day, and then some, so its all good! >)

Also, should I be aiming at 52 grams of protien a day? That what I read, but I find it hard to get there with my whey and Soy Protiens, am I going about this all the right way?

Thanks for all your help guys again, with you guys helping, I know I'll get to my goal!

So I still have to more or less burn off the booze thru activity?

 

Thats cool, but my question links back to the diet...

I find it really easy to cope without carbs, wholemeal break OR white. Is that a big factor? I would say most of my nutrition comes from Soy and fruit/veggies. I take a multi vitamin everyday and Iron/Calcium/Vitamin C suppliments (Vegetarianisim, ftl). Would increasing my fruit/veggie intake cover my lack of calories?
