| Foods | Dannon Activia Yogurt? | Jul 25 2008 20:00 (UTC) |

I tried Activia for about 8 days and ended up getting worse and worse every day. My cramps were so bad that I finally got on the web and looked up sites that discussed side effects. I found plenty of people who experienced the same problem. That's when I knew I would never eat it again. It's too bad because I was really hoping that it would work as advertised, and it probably does for a lot of people. But if you are experiencing stomach cramps, my advice is to toss the Activia. It's been 3 days now since I last ate one and I still have some cramps and bloating. I just hope it goes away soon. |
