i'm a 26/male. i weigh 150. I'm not very active at all, and it's telling me that i need 2433 calories per day to maintain my weight. Though... i do have a super fast metabolism or something, because, for example, yesterday in total i consumed 4218 calories, and burned an estimated 2012, and yet i'm still not gaining any weight... so i'm not sure what kind of insight that gives anyone for the acuracy of the calculators. but i figured i'd reply, because i didn't get 720. Make sure you check you diet start and end dates. I think that has something to do with it. |

I'm 26, by the way.
I do eat more junk foods than I should. Lots of pepsi. Lots of fatty foods. Cheddar cheese, cheese burgers, brats, etc. I grew up in Wisconsin on a dairy farm. Whole milk, eggs, and greasy deep fried foods consist of a lot of my diet, but also lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. I know i don't drink nearly enough water. In fact, honestly most days my water intake come from my pepsi consumtion or the occasional beer.
