oh my gosh u gals are doing awesome. !!!!!!!! The exercise i have been reading on the last few posts have been, well only one word "wow". Makes me kick myself in the ass again, I havent been to the gym in like 3 weeks. But Im going to get there. lol... im starting up bootcamps again this saturday so muscles will be sore again. :-) and am looking forward to it. thanks for the congrats bout the job. been very full on and information overload. what is everyones idea on coffee, some diets say your aloud 1 cup a day yet som say its as bad as alcohol. ?? any thoughts ladies go hard for this week, cant wait to here your successes at the end of the week.

hey everyone, so sorry havnt postd been a crazy 2 weeks. how is everyone going with the weightloss. From the posts sounds as though we all had a tough week last week but are back on track now. yay has anyone done a weigh in?? Im down bout 2 pounds not much but it will get better. what about your selves. ? olivia77 nice work on the meal at wendys. i agree though it is tough taking prepared meals when everyone else is eating takeout. Kaleighlynn weight watchers is suppose to be good. i have had many freinds who have done weight watchers. I tried it however it did not work for me. As I didnt stick to the points. My old trainer on the other hand is against it, as you still eat junk food. (friends of mine would go to KFC and eat whatever they wanted as long as it was in their point range). They did loose the weight however, quickly gained the weight back. When they got to their goal weight they continued to eat KFC without the point restriction and bam weight back on and more. When i tried to stick to my point range i was sooooo hungry. But back then i didnt know much about eating protein which helps you to stay fuller longer. If you have strong will power give it ago. Most diets work its more abount finding a diet that you can stick to and what fits in with you lifestyle. Ckuhfahl i can email you the shredding plan if u like. Its for 7 days hard but works wounders especially if its fluid retention. Could your 5 pound weight gane be due to muscle mass? hope everyone is getting the results they deserve :-) |

hi everyone, it feels like it has been ages since i posted. Well i was doing awesome this week with about 2 - 3 pound weight loss. Then it all came crashing down, the company I work for announced it was closing the doors. So I was made redundant and now am officialy unemployed. crap so without realising my diet went out the window. Went through a few days of emotianal eating and a huge drinking binge last night Well thanfully after reading your posts it has given me the motivation to get right back on the weight loss challenge. As of tommorrrow lots of water to get rid of all the toxins, may even hit the sauna to help. Then its fresh vegies and protein....... another 3 weeks left and i am going to make every bit count. !!!!

hi traceyb great i think ur our last and final member yayyy :-) we start today and our first goal is a four week challenge. I have a 7 day shredding plan that is hard to stick to put works for people that are trying to get rid of their last few kilos, if anyone is interested let me know and i'll forward it to you :-) |

Ok the whole table thing is just not working on this site, when i enter the table it goes all out of alignment and messed up. So I entered it manually and it still wouldn't work. I have all the information set up on a table, does anyone have any suggestions on how to enter a table on this site. The only other way to do it is to email everyone a table. If so message me email addresses and i will forward it to you. |

funny u mention weights evelina when i lost my 13 kilos about 30 pounds, i did 3 - 4 weight resistance/ training sessions a week and nearly no cardio, maybe every now and then. :-) my body shape was so much nicer to. I agree with the weight training sessions. They work wonders. !!! Planks was one exercise my trainer would push me to do. hard at first gets easier the more u do it :-) GOALS k so if everone is happy to post or msg me starting weight we will start our 4 week challenge yayyyyyyy also include the goal u would like to achieve at the end of the first 4 weeks. Once i have everyones I will do up a chart and post then update with weigh ins weekly (ur choice tho)

crap crap crap i just realised I have a wedding overseas on the 6th Sept. Well now i guess i have my first goal, k so i have 5 weeks. I have this awesome dress that I brought when I lost my weight the first time. To fit in to it nicely I would need to drop 6 kilos. 6 kilos in 5 weeks !!! 13 pounds in 5 weeks What does everyone think, ???? Any suggestions on reaching this goal would b awesome !!!! as previously mentioned a have a clean eating plan which works wounders but so plain and boring i just cant stick to it anyomre looking for something new. |

woot woot thats 6 already !!!!! to reply to bluemiss cutie I 2 get a sore lower back prob due to no muscles there haha. I use a ball and its heaps easier allowing me to do more reps. :-) Once we get to 10 people is everyone happy to post weight and measurements and set dates etc, small goals at first maybe a 4 week goal ? |

I WAS ADVISED BY A NUTITIONIST TO DRINK VODKA / SODA WATER / AND FRESH LIME Most Bars/clubs have fresh lime however some are lazy ans use lime cordial. If u specifically request the lime fresh u shouldnt have any problems :-)

Hi I am a newbie to i am a bit of a yoyo dieter myself and have tried a numbe of things all that worked but i always lost motivation. I recently lost 13 kilos about 3o pounds eating clean which means lots of green vegies medium coloured vegies lean protein egg whites whole meal bread / porridge / wholemeal pita and lotsa water As I am new 2 I posted a topic on the motivation forum about starting a small (10 peeps max) weight loss group. to motivate each other share tips and do weekly weigh ins etc if u are interested check out the forum under motivation :-) |
