So i decided to do a small post on my Pie (giggles)

 

This is for the Month of May, my kick in the butt month when i realised the sliding down the slope has gone on long enough, the month i got back on the wagon after gaining back 10lbs.

Hey y'all!

 

I figured this group may be more appropriate for me seeing as i am an almost 19 year old.


I lost 40lbs since March but during the months between november and now i've gained 10lbs of them back and jumped from a Uk size 6 to a very snug size 8 (eeek)

I am looking to drop that excess fat, i don't really care about the weight as long as i am healthy and firm :) I am currently 130 and looking to get back to my original 123lbs :))

Ha!! HILARIOUS!!!

 

Well not really, drunken binge last night....Oy vey.

 

I am hitting the gym regularly though so the weight i am at now (a whopping 60kg) is 2-3 sizes smaller than back in August when i was the same weight but size 10-12...

 

I am a perfect size 8 at the moment... I was a size 6 a month ago...

 

But i have been having tranquil thoughts lately...I think i was very underweight at a size 6, i felt cold all the time, lost my TOM and had the fine sheen of hair covering my body in places i've never had it before...So i think the weight and size doesn't matter, as long as i look fit (no flabby parts anywhere) and healthy no?

 

All i have to deal with is the binges...

Another good day yesterday...

 

I realized that my problems began after i started seeing my significant other. It's tres complicated and i always end up coming home at 2-3am with craving after certain activities...So i binge...

 

I have officially started controlling it though. Rather than not having anything i have a small snack and i can see the bloatage has gone down and my weight is slowly retreating back to my normal 56 kg :)

 

I feel great guys!

Yesterday was great. I have realized that my eating was due to my sleep patterns (or current lack thereof)

I came home at 2am last night and didn't binge, i just grabbed an apple and made myself some oatmeal before bed. The alternative was a full on raiding of the fridge. I feel good because it both fit into my daily allowence and satisfied the hunger i was feeling.

I failed. I feel like a failure.

 

Current weight : 60kg

Goal weight : 52kg


Overall weight gain since i fell from the wagon in November - 6kg

Inches:

neck - 13
hips - 34
waist - 30
thigh - 23
calf - 14.4
wrist - 5.6

 

I feel like all the work i put in in the past 2 months was for nothing. I have gained an average of 3 inches and 5 kg through constant binging....every single night. Amazing amounts of calories im afraid to even look at. It was something along the lines of constant sabotage because i KNEW i shouldnt, and it wasnt like i couldnt stop, it was more along the lines of "HA! This is what you get!"

 

Thank god i lost weight through exercise or im pretty sure i would have gained alot more...

I am defiantely in! I've lost 40lbs overall and just gained 10lbs back over the holidays with 1 month of solid overreating. I am actually surprised it was only 10lbs and not everything back! Thank god for exercise while losing!

 

Current weight - 60kg

Ideal weight - 52kg

 

I am planning on going and buyingmyself some dumbells, a medicine ball and a skipping rope today instead of renewing my gym membership. I think it will come out cheaper overall  and with having all the equipment on hand it will be easier to exercise with ym schedule :)

Had 2 normal days...I think I am on the road to recovery :) Dropped some annoying water weight and now that TOM is over i hope my mood will improve too...


Current weight - 57.5

Start weight - 58

Goal weight - ? 55? I don't know, I have a strange feeling the range i am in is a good range and all i need to do is tone....but i was happy with 55 :)

Today was the first day of the New Year for me :)

Ate great, kept my percentages in check, went to the gym and did a full body strength coupled with 15 minutes of intense eliptical :) I feel back to my old self again!!

I got my TOM back today....which shows that my bodyfat percentage has raised quite abit over the holidays. But today is a good day, I am going to renew my gym membership and continue with my normal daily routine :)

Not going to log in my weight today because i just dont want to see the number on the scale, i know i have gained and am probably in the 58-60s range but for now i dont really care what the number is...

 

Tonight i am doing full body weights followed by the 45 minutes on the eliptical and in the meantime drinking loads of water to flush out allll the sodium.

Its the New Year, and i have decided to share some goals with you, this way i can be held accountable for them :)

 

- No more mindless binging on carbs because of the 'dont have time for proper food" excuse. I will cook my meal, wait for it to be ready and not grab random carby readymades in between :)

- Restrict alcohol to a few drinks during the weekend with friends, the holidays were horrible in that respect.


- Get back to my regular workout routine, full body strenght 3 times a week for 45 minutes followed by 30 minutes on the eliptical.

 

- Eat more in the morning so i dont end up loading up when i get back from school. Pack my lunch for the day.

 

Include more healthy fats in my diet :)

 

Basically get back to my usual routine and I am certain i will get back to my happy weight of 55kg and get my muscle definition back full swing :)

 

It will be a good year guys!!!

I've been too busy lately to take care of myself. I was doing the artistic direction for the sets of a play so my days consisted of all day painting and coming home and eating crap. or not coming home and going out for a drink and eating platters. I feel horrible. I went shopping today and i've gained some inches that i broke my back loosing in just two weeks! I am getting back up on the horse tho so i bought a pair of motivational jeans my previous size and a really nice jacket that i plan on fitting into in a month :)

Hey guys. Just checking in after an uncharacteristically horrible week. I swear i do not know what happened! It was all a flurry of long nights, late mornings, no gym time and junk food galore! Let's just say it was one big bad decision after another.

 

I am sitting here after a 7 hour shift at work during which i nibbled on so many unhealthy foods in large quantities i feel sorry for what my body must be going through digesting it all.


I need to get back on the horse ladies, Sunday i am going to renew my gym membership which expired on Dec 12th (that + a week is how long i havent stepped foot in the gym) and i need to refocus on organizing my schedule. I enjoy healthy food, im the type of person who would reach for an apple over the chocolate bar, its my schedule that is messing it up and the lack fo healthy 'on the go' options :(

 

I am scared of stepping onto the scale and i think that maybe i shouldn't for now and see how the next couple of days go....

 

I hope y'all aren't annoyed with me, i swear this is the first time i've had an entire 5 days of overeating...

Darned it, but i think i am overcoming my slight obsession with weight because I accept the fact it was necessary, it is mostly water retention since i didn't pig out, and it will be gone in a week of normal routine :)

My parents came back from abroad....They brought back sweets...I was all day doing the background for a play and all we ate was chocolate coated peanuts and pizza...I had only one slice but i felt like i've already failed so when i came home i had cookies etc... Damn it and i was doing so well!

I am 18 and a something years old, decided to change the way i look in March at 74kg. I am a very busy art student and love weight lifting and running, my only problem usually is psyching myself to get out that door, but once im out i give it my all. My goal is more of a body fat percentage one rather than weight, I don't care about the weight as much as i care about my health. Lately I have been slipping, I went from 55kg in October to the current 58kg however I am sure some of it was muscle gain since i have not gained so much inches.


My measurements are:

Height - 164cm

hips - 34
waist - 28
thigh - 22

I think it's the change in weather, we're staying inside more, we're cold... Atleast i've noticed that's my problem when winter draws near, i need to be AWAY from home where food is readily available....boredom munchies :(
