thanks again and i am a vegetarian and the goal should be 3000 calories and see what happens. Thanks to all of you for your tips and i am going to walk in the gym and do weight training. |

The types of things i eat is organic yogurt and milk, oats, fruits and veggies, and peanut butter, hummus. Sometimes veggie burgers and the occasional ice cream. Can anyone help me? |

ok, i am a simple vegetarian that eats no meat and eggs, are there some vitamins that contain the b vitamins and vitamin d. I shop in target, trader joes, and whole foods a lot. |

you do not want to be at unhealthy weight i tell you from experience, yes i know guys can get ED too. Tell one good reason to lose those lbs, for ED it is never good enought it will continue down and down and ED will never be happy |

Being super skinny is not attractive many people find it gross and they are always looking at you. I the last year i had an ED which sent me to the hospital now and in recovery almost a year it took me to do the damage ED to me and my family. Yes, and guys can also get eating disorders its not just females and i am at a healthy weight and i am trying to maintain it and not let ED take a hold of me. Everyday i repear to myself that being thin or being a extremly low body eright is not normal and i am happy to say that people i am proud of who i am. |

the anount of calories i eat on a norma day is between 2200-2500 its not like i am undereating and i am active an hour four or five days of the week and weight last time i checked 147 (i decided to stop weighting myself often because its not normal for a teen my age to do that) |

the break was fun but it brought a lot of memories that i did not want to remember and i gain weight and i am not happy about that. well i can lose the weight and move on. |

Well I am 5'10 but the weird thing is that I count calories on the week and on the weekend especially Saturday I just decide to eat whatever I want and in Sunday I return to this. i want to stop thayt behavior on Saturday. What ia am trying to do is find balance and also i am trying to eat when i am hungry, but i am having trouble finding my signal. My goal is to eat healthy 80 % of the time and 20% in treats. i want to the calorie counting thing. |

thanks for the reminder, i will try from now on to worry about nutrition instead about calories and focus on eating healthy instead of counting calories. Like they said eat eighty percent healthy and have fun the rest. Thank you guys for your reminder. I will try to gain weight a little to 145 and make my parents happy. Also is 145 a doog weight |
