I eat lean proteins, vegetables, I'm reducing fruits to one a day, whole grains, and I try to stay away from sugar and sodium. |

I want it because it's what I originally lost weight for and I have been doing cardio and weights for 4 and a half months now. And I know people who have a flat stomach and look perfectly fine, maybe even fuller than I look. So please only answer if you have advice. |

Yeah. I do weight training, tons of it. And I also do interval training and they have done crap for me . And I know pilates isn't exactly going to eliminate fat. |

Thanks for the advice on pilates!I've heard of it before but never really paid attention to it. How much time of those pilates excercises would I have to do to see some real toning results in my belly? |

I'm not really worried about weight, more about fat, I tend to store it in the goddarned stomach. |

Actually I'm far from hungry. I'm usually extremely full but still binge. And thank you beckkkahhhx3 I didn't know it was unhealthy for my age. Since I read it was fine to eat 1200 calories and up I thought it was ok. But no, I'm not underweight. |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
