I haven't personally lost 50 lbs myself, but I've had friends and co- workers lose that much on Advocare and the vitamins worked with the skin cells to tighten.  It prevented the lose skin.  But that's just what I've heard and some people swear by it.

I am actually a distributor and you can order them online thru my number and they can be shipped to your house.  What products are you wanting to take now?  They just came out with a new MNS max 3 so I'm going to try that next week...

It's all supplement pills, yes.  Everything is natural and the drinks don't even have sugar.  It's a routine of taking some pills 30 mins before breakfast, more pills durring breakfast and then some 30 min before lunch.  That's the MNS (Metabolic Nutrition System).  I swear by these products, I absalutely love being on it.  When I use to take them I was the thinnest and strongest I ever had been in my life, without really working out.  I played softball twice a week.

A lot of people hate taking pills and think it's really annoying, but so is counting calories, yet I do it anyway.  about 2 days into the vitamins I found myself eating half of what I usually do and I'm not hungry between meals, or if I am, I drink Spark.  It's the apatite suppressant.  Spark is full of vitamins that give you energy.

wow you look great!!  congrats!  I started FIRMLY working out at least once - maybe twice a day a week and a half ago.  3rd day, man I felt so much better about my body.  Every day it gets better and better.  But I know it is a slow process, so I hate to lose any day.  I've been doing it 6 days a week.  It does help so much.  Muscle helps burn fat also - so hey, who wouldn't want more and more muscle?

Yesterday I just starting firm on my kickboxing workout.  I do butt abs and thigh workout sometimes the same day or in between days.  I'm sore today but feel pretty good about myself.  I just need that little umph from people to push me to keep going.  30 minutes is all I do every day.  If I want to do more, then I do the same video again.  but I'm burning 300 calories in the 30 minutes, minimum, so I think your doing really well at 30 minutes.  Don't push yourself too hard at first cause then tomorrow or the next day you won't want to do it cause you were miserable.  thats my experience.  Now I just need to take my own advice!!!  haha

lol I couldn't help but laugh, cause I get the same way!  I hate feeling those crazy high emotions.  I heard that citris helps a lot... try it!  I get citris suplements from Advocare.com and it helped me so much.  Now that I'm on birth control, I am a MESS and I know I am, and it sucks.  But some days I can be so totally emotional my husband just leaves the room.  And of course, it just makes everything worse for me... it's an ongoing circle.  Try the citris..  if it doesn't work, I'm sorry - just trying to help. Undecided
