But I'm planning on eating like a saint for the next few days so I don't feel guilty about Thanksgiving. Alright so here are my measurements! I had to take them with a piece of string and a ruler, so they might not be totally accurate, but it works! Bust: 36.25 Hips: 35 Arms: 11 Thighs: 22 Waist: 29.75 Calfs:13 Motivation: so first is a bikini for this upcoming summer. I've never been able to wear one...ever. So I'd be thrilled :) vain I know but true. Also, the field I'm getting into (hopefully!) many times requires you to wear a bathing suit and/or wet suit in front of potentially thousands of people at a time. I'd like to be able to feel good about doing that. So here's to a great 10 weeks!! |

Weigh in day! So it's TTOM (just started yesterday...right before weigh in day of course!), so this weight is probably higher than it actually is. Still happy with it though! LW: 136.6 TW: 135.4 I did see 134.2 at one point this week! That was pretty exciting. But of course TTOM had to come in and ruin things..as usual :). Have a great week everyone! |

So what's everyone's thoughts on how often to weigh? For a while I've been weighing every day, but I noticed that how much I weighed in the morning (even with the knowledge of daily fluctuations) it would still dictate my mood. I don't know about only once a week though...seems too little to me. I think I'm going to weigh in on Mondays (obviously) but also maybe once on Wed/Thurs....just to make sure I stay on track! How often do you guys weigh and do you think it has an affect on your weight loss? |

LW: 137.8 CW: 136.6 Sweetness! Not sure why that happened but I'm lovin it! It may be a bit of water weight b/c I'm working on getting the right amount of water back into my diet and I drank A LOT yesterday. But it's all good! Here's to another week of awesome eating! :) |

I'd love to join this challenge! It's so on track for what my goals are. Right now I'm 137.4. And I've been annoying hovering around that for the past couple of weeks. I've decided to get much more serious about losing the weight. I started slacking there for a while My motivation is definitely lacking though so it'll be great to be held accountable by all of you! |

I'm so in! It seems like everyone here has such similar stats to me! I'm 21, 5'4", and 139. I've lost 33.5 lbs so far and these last 15 are driving me insane! I keep jumping back up to 140/141. By body just does NOT want to let go of the 140s. Everytime I get to 139 it just jumps back up no matter what I do! Very frustrating. But I've just gotta keep on trucking and hang in there. The same thing happened when I hit 149...by body didn't want to let go of the 150s either, so I guess I should have expected this. I've also started seriously slacking now that I'm so close to my goal. I've stopped religiously counting calories and that's sooo bad. So I need to get back on track! |

I'm here! Damn I'm really sorry guys. So before it was just my internship keeping me busy, but the past few weeks I've also been working at the aquarium gift shop on my days off...so that's 45+ hours with the whales and then another 18 at the gift store. Absolute craziness. I'm exhausted like all the time, but it needs to be done :). SO. Everything on my front has been fantastic! Everything is extremely slow going BUT it's going. Excitingly, today, for the first time, I weighed in in the 130s! 139.6 but hey it counts! I don't even remember the last time I was there. So freakin excited. And the best part is I'm not really counting here on CC, but am doing more counting in my head and I'm still losing. I think I'm going to end up going back to counting when school starts up again because I won't be as active as I am now, but it's nice to know that I can still lose without having to count everything I put in my mouth. And pink, good for you for hanging in there! You're doing fantastic! Sorry I haven't been around...but in 3 weeks the internship will be over (which will be like the worst day ever) and I will be back at school with plenty of time to be on CC! Keep on truckin girl! |

Alright I vow now to start counting everything that goes in my mouth again. I have been slacking/guessing far too much for far too long now. I've still been losing, but I feel that if I start counting again it'll happen a bit faster. I'm only a few pounds from the 130s and I can almost taste it. So here's to battering down the hatches and going for it! |

Hello! Gahhh I'm so sorry I haven't been here in a while...ok a really long time. But yeah this internship is completely consuming every second I have. I work 4 almost 12 hour days a week and then am totally busy doing other work for the internship on my days off. BUT things have been going ok weight loss wise....extremely slow but ok. I'm down to 144.8 now but I'm only losing about 1 lb a week on average. I know that that's just fine, but it's still frustrating you know?! Oh well. Slow and steady wins the race I guess. I've also completely slacked on counting. I don't even remember the last time I entered my food on here. But I'm still losing so I can't be doing too terrible without it. I definately should get back on track though and see if that helps me lose weight any faster. I'm definately going to try and make a bigger effort on posting here too! I miss talking to you guys. |

Soundtrack: I love jamming out to really any upbeat song by Rascal Flatts. I just love them. Their version of Life Is A Highways is so damn catchy. My fav snack is 2-3 wasa crackers and a wedge of laughing cow cheese! So amazing for so few cals. |

I'm still here! Sorry! Man this internship is keeping me beyond busy. I wake up at 6, am at work by 715ish, and don't get back until 7pm. Then all I do is have dinner and go to bed before I do it all over again! Absolute craziness but I love it. Haha the only reason I think I'm posting now is cause it's my day off. BUT I'm down to 146.6! It's pretty exciting...but it's SOOOO slow going. It's really annoying actually. At least I've successfully left the 150s in the dust. Blink I'm glad to hear you're happy now at home! Go you! Life's too short to be doing something that makes you miserable. |

START April 16-18: 149.6 Sigh...no change. oh well! Still truckin' along. I'll get there eventually. Sorry I've been so AWOL lately...this internship is keeping me sooo freakin busy! But I love every second of it. And as for Week 7 challenge, I've had a bunch of the trainers notice that I've lost quite a bit of weight and said how awesome I looked this week. And then I went home for my sister's graduation and my mom kept commenting on how great I looked too! Definately is what keeps me motivated even when the scale doesn't show much. Great job everyone! Keep those heads high! |

And that was the day before TTOM, so it'll hopefully be down even more when it's all over. looks like it's just you and me blink! I think we should send out little messages or something to get everyone's but back here! So for my internship, it's ridiculously hands on. I work with all the whales everyday in training sessions. I've been passed a few behaviors like a 'point-follow' where I point at them and they follow me around the whole exhibit, 'targets' where they make contact with my hand and hold it there, i give them lots of tongue rubs (yes I stick my hand in their mouth and pat their tongues!), i use toys in training sessions to play with them, and so much more. But I do also have a research project which I get to start tuesday! It's so amazing. And kudos to you for running on the treadmill! I discovered a month or so ago that I love to do that too, I just don't have the access to one anymore really. But keep it up! It feels sooo good. You're awesome! |

I know this is really really bad. Time to get those rally caps on! So the other day I hit 147! Gah finally. I even saw low 146s at one point. Then TTOM hit a few days later, but I'm pretty pumped that even just a few days before TTOM I hit a new low! I think my internship is all the exercise I needed to get my metabolism crankin. And lemme tell you it's a crazy long day. But I'm learning some new behaviors with the whales now! And they're actually starting to get to know me which is really fun to see. I just come home completely exhausted. And on top of that we're now moving from 5, 8hr days a week to 4, 10 hour days! 10 hours?! Man I can hardly stand 8. But that means more time with the whales. I just have a hard time figuring out now how much I need to eat because of how much more I'm probably burning b/c of my job. It's gonna take some time to figure out I guess. PINK: you'll be right in no time. Just give it some time, don't be too hard on yourself, and it'll get there. You're awesome! BLINK: yay for working out! Making that little bit of time makes all the difference in the world huh? You go girl! |

Oh wow we died!!! What happened!?! Ok we all need to get back on this RIGHT NOW! So on a good note I may have begun to break though my body's fight with the 150s because I've steadily seen 147 the last few days and even 146 at one point! Phew! Hopefully I've left the 150s behind for good. I think my internship may have helped b/c I work my ass off 8 hours a day when I'm there so I'm probably gettin some serious exercise. But I love it soooo much. I mean, I get to work with whales! Can't get much cooler than that. Let's come back ladies! |

START April 16-18: 149.6 Wow. Ummmm ok. Not sure what's up here. I'm doing everything I'm supposed to. I think that TTOM is going to crop up soon but my body if fighting more weight loss like there's no tomorrow. I guess I'm just gonna have to wait it out. As for the challenge, I started my whale internship! And lemme tell ya, running around cleaning the exhibit, cleaning buckets, preparing fish, training the whales, lifting crazy heavy buckets of fish and 50+ pounds of chemicals all day every day for 8+ hours?? Now THAT is a work out I haven't had before. I come back completely exhausted and am ready to go to bed by like 7 :). |

START April 16-18: 149.6 No change :( but that's ok. Sorry I was late getting this in. I just started my internship working with beluga whales! It's so amazing. So my life has been a bit hectic. As for the week 4 challenge, I guess I've become much more confident since I started all this. I'm not as worried about what I wear or people touching me (especially in my stomach area). I also get in a much better work out (when I have the time), and I just overall feel so much better about myself. And feeling this way now makes me wonder how I'll feel when I finally reach my goal! I can't wait. |
