Aye, find a healthy snack. Most people will have a fruit or veg that they love the taste off, just have that as a snack. My Ex had an obsession with Carrots (As a suggestion.)

| Weight Gain | How can I make myself feel hungry again!? | Jul 31 2008 02:18 (UTC) |

Short walks tend to work well, I've also noticed if I ever do an extended period of sit-ups, I get the urge to have something snacky. I doubt there is any science behind that, and my 'urge' is prolly just feeling my muscles cause of they've just been used. Although probably not much use, as your not trying to cause a calorie deficit. Speak to your doctor about it, I'm sure its a common issue. |

| Weight Loss | All I want is chocolate today | Jul 31 2008 01:07 (UTC) |

I'm new to this website (and this is the 3rd attempt i'm gonna make at keeping the weight off.) This is my first post, but i was thinking earlier, "How the hell am i gonna avoid chocolate..." I almosted wanted to cry when i read the packet of the big bar of choccy in the fridge. So I decided by treat would be an options Hot Chocolate (I'm from UK.) So its like Orange Hot Choc, I love them, as it's a hot drink its last a while for me (More than any bar.) and is 33kcals. I did look at the other hot chocs and they did have a bit more (like 50kcals) so maybe consider having the odd hot chocolate to satisfy the taste? |
