didnt realise i just got into the healthy weight range :)

after 90+ lbs lost i went shopping today for clothes and man i feel and look so much better, all id purchased before today was a few belts lol

i used to do it religeously every day but ive not logged in months, maybe one or twice n i still loose 1-2lbs a week

i guess all that logging has just made me remember all the callories in the food i like to eat :)

i watched the program too and near the end it said best way to loose weight is slowly so your body can adapt or something.

i think the program ment if you crash diet youll always gain the weight since they made skinny people crash eat for 3 weeks and they all got back to there orignal weight quickly after the 3 weeks

i dunno :)  i dont really know much about water weight but i know you body retains water when you work out and it feels like ive worked out but over did it.

ive been here a few months :)

H: 5'11


SW: 280+

joined the site at the beginning of august and weighed 266

CW: 222

GW: 160-180 not really sure what to aim for


ive been doing alot of running over the past few months except for last 3 weeks where i got ill because of the cold but i lowered my calories to compensate which has seemed to do the trick :)

im not sure about the taste of my old fav foods not been tempted in the 4 months i started loosing weight, but my family got a pizza delivered that was my old fav fast food and the smell just put me off straight away

i weighed over 270lbs! i just ate what i wanted, fast food every day ( normaly a buy 1 get 1 free pizza and ate both!), lots of salt and lots of chocolate. 

I never drank water, i had fizzy pop to quench my thirst and i never excersised at all.

dunno how much calories that would be but must be alot.


now i keep to 2000 calories and weight train 1 day and go running the next day and have sundays off

im 5"11 male  was 280lb's now 250lbs and people notice all the time, mostly about my face, also it could do alot with me fitting in my old cloths i dunno

well i went from eating nothing but fatty foods and chocolate and alot of it and no excercise at all, to nothing but healthy foods and lots of water and lots of excercise.

i did the things on the tools option, calorie target n the others  and now it says, You should consume about 2550 calories a day.

so i should do about 2000 a day then 1 day go upto 2550?

When I started lifting I didn't lose any weight, but I was using a tape measure and I lost one inch off my waist. Everyone should lift weights because it prevents bone loss which starts in the early 20s. Just keep your calories low somewhere between 1400-1700, lift weights, do cardio and you'll look awesome in a few weeks.

maybe i should give a little info about myself :)

im Male currently at 256lb    5ft11"  and ive been trying to keep at 2600 calories just cos the cc thing tells me to, even tho ive been struggling to eat that much, so should i cut my calories down to 1400-1700 which i can easiely do?

hmm so i worked out how much calories i eat a day and its around 1500 and i always feel full, so what do you suggest i should eat to get upto 2700 calories a day because that seems like alot.
