I have a naturally small frame so being 134.8 (now! less than ten pounds to go!) is about the right weight for someone like me, I don't eat well, or exercise as much as I want to , losing this weight through exercising and proper foods and portions makes me feel healthier. Also, based on how my BMI will be at 125 at my height (5'9" and 15 years of age) will put me at 18.5, which is at the lower end of the NORMAL WEIGHT DIVISION. I appreciate everyone saying how everyone is already at a decent wieght, but some of us just want to drop a few pounds to feel healthier and more confident with our bodies than where we are at this point in time |

mainly a size 6 or 4, but the 4s are definately tight right now. I just recently had to buy a pair of shorts however that were a size 8! That definately was not a good feeling. It so frustrating feeling like you're on the larger side of the spectrum, that's why I'm hoping to get down around 125, and finally be able to fit into my size 2 jeans again! |
